We're not handicapped, but were given a room for handicapped people, which was smaller because it had an enlarged bathroom.

Nice motel, but my problem is with the incidental charge of $25 they placed on my mastercard. It is still listed on my account even though I told them three times that I had no incidentals and they need to coordinate the removal of the charge from my card. I eventually called my card company, discussed the issue, confirmed that no request came from […] the hotel to remove the charge, and elected to contest the charge. Take this issue out of the equation and we enjoyed our stay at the motel. Read more

Staff at front desk was super friendly & had bottled water for us. Room was comfy, bathroom clean. Breakfast was amazing and wide variety of food. Our room card had 15%off dinner at Grizzly's which we took advantage of. Would totally stay again if we had the oppurtunity.

Overall, this hotel wasn't bad. The front desk staff was friendly, and the place was fairly new. The room seemed clean enough, but it smelled strongly of bleach or some similar chemical, which made me wonder what they were trying to clean. IT was a great place to stay except I had a king sized bed that had a very weak mattress on the one side...the side I happened to occupy. I have a bad back and a soft mattress just doesn't cut it. by the end of my stay I could barely get out of bed and walk. Took an hour to be functional! We stayed 1 night at this hotel and found it very nice. The pool is a bit shallow - deepest is 4 feet, but the water was a nice temp and not overpowering with chlorine. The breakfast was very good and much more than I expected. The front desk staff and maid service were very friendly. I would stay here again when in town.

Last minute reservation on a very busy weekend, and had to take a smoking room. And guess what; Yup it smelled like smoke. very large room very comfortable bed. The place was clean and quiet. Had a continental breakfast with rubbery omlette things, bisquits and gravy, toast and cereal. About what you would expect. Had an indoor pool and a small hottub […] didn't use those facilities, but they looked pretty decent. may be a little over priced compared to other local lodging, but then it is a lot nicer than most of the others. Conveniently located right off I-94 exit. Newer hotel. Clean. Good beds and pillows. Handy business room with computers & free WI-FI throughout.. Better than average free breakfast. Friendly staff. Quick check in/ check out. We were glad we chose to stay here.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was surrounded by many eateries and shopping for convience. It was centrally located and easily accessed from the expressway. I would stay here again and probably will soon.

We loved the large room, the kingsized bed, the breakfests, the location and the service. We did not like the pool being closed for repair. We were surprized there was no mini fridge in the room as all our other hotels during our road trip did.

We travel a lot every year staying at many different hotels. Never have I called the hotel to ask them what brand of mattresses they have as I did in this case. We had a double queen room and the beds were so comfortable I'm going to buy one for my home. Their breakfast was fantastic and well stocked. The staff is rude. The breakfast buffet was miserable and had expired food. The computers in the 'business center' did not work. The exercise equipment was broken in the 'fitness center'. The sprinkler system in the room dripped water. Go elsewhere.

My room was very nice, but it was noisy- too noisy. From 2 AM to 4 AM people were going into and out of the neighboring rooms. They slammed the doors- hard- every seven minutes. I tried to call the front desk, but no one answered the phone. No matter what I did, I couldn't sleep with all that noise. Check in and check out were very easy ! upon arrival the desk clerk handed us our home keys and we went to our room. We found it quite comfortable but being a handicapped room ,the bathroom stool and much of the furniture were very low and found some difficulty in getting up. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

You can tell the wiring in the rooms went to the lowest bidder though, every single light and lamp in the room is controlled by a light switch by the door.
