The location is great! Quiet for sleeping off the main road, so you don't here traffic. The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Shopping... malls are 15-30 minutes away. Small food eateries are within a few blocks. A grocery store is down the street. The grounds are well maintained and groomed. The hotel is in great condition. Not horrible, but not great. The floors (carpets) need to be cleaned because they will make your feet black. The breakfast is pretty sad, especially on weekdays when they don't even have fruit. Nice staff though. Room was not as described on hotels.com; reserved two doubles but got one queen.

The hotel is convenient to the highway 2 mins away. Pleasant staff. Room was basic, but clean & no complaints from me. Rooms on the hill have spectacular views of the sunrise.

We were in the area for a big wrestling tournament and stayed just one night. Service was good, rooms clean, no bed bugs trust me my daughter thoroughly inspected both beds. Water was hot and strong for our showers. My daughter and husband were happy with the Continental breakfast. Not a bad drive from our tournament. We would stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel for one night with my son and my mom. I thought the room was very nice and clean and it was right by the outside door. They have a pool I stayed on the first floor. It was clean and staff was very nice. I enjoyed my stay at DAYS INN in Wurtsboro.

The hotel was quiet, clean and the location was good for us. The pool was very nice but seasonal a little to cold to use but would use it if it had been earlier in the year, very clean and private. We would stay there again, nothing fancy but was ok for us...

The hotel itself was fine but they were not prepared for the amount of people checking in for the Furthur show in Bethel that night. We showed up at 2 which is a little early but they pretty rudely turned us away until 3. They wouldn't even let us use the bathroom. We came back at 3:30 and were able to check in but they still had not finished cleaning […] the room. So after waiting and waiting I decided to just vacuum the floor myself. I guess a couple of people quit that day. Whatever. I understand but they should have done SOMETHING to make up for it. Read more

Booked hotel online prior to stay. The weekend of Oct 28th and 29th I chose Days Inn but regularly stay at Courtyard Marriot Chain. This weekend was the unfortunate storm and caused the power to go out from 4pm sat to sometime sunday. My problem was there was No communication as to what I may expect. No generator, no toilet or water made available and […] the person LEFT in charge stated " I am just watching the place until the owners come back".Upon leaving I asked the manager Mrs Patel if this is a part of Days Inn chain and advised her of poor service and that I am going to complain. Also, I know people were stranded and got rooms but were they charged the same rate as I who CHOSE this hotel and was an existing guest. If so, absurd! I want a response from a representative of this company. I am from Buffalo and these situations occur often and our papers write stories of praise to business and people for free food, lodging, HOSPITALITY. Wife and I stayed one night in Oct. 2011. For its type, this motel was AOK. Nice continental breakfast and room to eat it in. Bed was fine, about medium-firm as should be. No real problems. The hotel had a blackout due to Hurricane Irene. That in itself was unavoidable The hotel had no generator and we didnt have electricity or water. The toilets require water to flush it would have been helpful for the hotel staff/owner to supply water to add to the toliet tank. It was a horrendous experience.

The hotel has 2 bldgs., main and on the hill. We were on the hill. 2 doubles but the room was small as was the bathroom. It was clean and cool and the beds ere OK. Coffee etc. in the main office was OK. Staff was pleseant.

the only thing that you need to bring to there attention is: when the pool says that it will be open at 9a.m., it should be open at 9 a.m.. especially if you have to leave by 11 a.m.

when we checked in it seemed ok but to our dismay the water pressure was lost very soon after we got there. then we were told that a pipe burst and the water turned brown. we left the hotel to visit some relatives and were told that the pipes would be fixed but later that night the water was still brown so we decided to cut our stay short and left. Very convenient off of route 17. Clean room. Accomodating front desk. Non-smoking room still had slight "sprayed" smell, butit was livable. I will go back there.
