The service i received on my stay was excellent . Upon arrival my vehicle broke down in the parking lot. I was not going to be able to get it fixed before my check out time. The staff allowed me to stay over until it was fixed. Everyone i dealt with was very courteous. Jenn was the front desk attendant when i arrived and departed. She allowed me to switch rooms because the room i received was not a smoking room like i had booked. I would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn as a top notch hotel and would gladly stay there again. s a top notch

Charming and welcome change to the usual hotel experience - the owner even called me personally the day before!. This was our first stay at a bed & breakfast and will stay here again. The blueberry cheesecake french toast was awesome!

Very kind, approachable staff were accommodating, 100%. The light reception at the start of the evening was just right at the end of our journey. Fitness room was far too hot. Temperature at 77 degrees in a room where you are working out is way too high! Otherwise, great hotel for my needs.

The rooms had convenient outlets for phones and computers on the lamp next to the bed! The shampoo was great, and wifi was good. Everything was great. No free breakfast, but what they had was really good and healthy options! It was slightly slow getting my food, but that's literally the only negative I can come up with.

Staff was all VERY friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the small cafe in the restaurant for both breakfast and late-night dinner and snacks—that is a great plus for this motel. The majority of the employees are very polite. A few do not have a sense of humor. I would think anyone in the public service industry would smile. It took me a long time to get a smile out of more than one of the employees. Sorry, but staying at a hotel is not brain surgery, its okay to be friendly, and not so regid.

Clean hotel in a good location, but it seemed a bit "shop warn". Old style television in the room, and an air conditioner that sounded like a freight train. This hotel is due for a makeover. Stay at the new hotel across from Notre Dame instead.
