My husband and I had a great stay in Provo. We were able to visit with our daughter who is attending BYU and her apartment was not far from the motel. Just some suggestions: The TV was out dated and was not computer hook up compatible to watch movies. The Days Inn in Provo is quite old and shows it. The rooms are cramped and dirty. The appointments are in desperate need of an upgrade. The walls are thin and offer no noise shielding. It may be cheap but it's not worth it.

We stayed overnight with the kiddos after a late BYU football game. The room was totally sufficient for our needs. Clean and comfortable enough, great location. It's nothing fancy and I wouldn't want to hang out in the room all day, but it was just right for an overnighter.

It was awful...not the hotel itself... but the girl who was working at the front desk. I went to check-in, told her I had a reservation..she couldnt find it, then did. Blamed Expedia. Got the key went to the room, she gave me a smoking room... which I reserved a NON. I have 2 smaller children and there was no way we were staying in that disgusting room […] so I went back down to the desk and explained I had reserved a non smoking room... and she replied well that will be a $10 charge for a room change.... REALLY!!! I showed her my reservation (which i understand it is not guaranteed if no availability) She again blamed Expedia for sending the info requesting smoking..Got the new key which wouldnt opened the door to the new room...went back to the girl..Got a new key for a different room. I was furious @ that point...Spoke w/Expedia who refunded the $10 and verified the reserv. was for a non-smoking and the girl was up in the night... and when Expedia called she lied and and said there were no avail Non smoking rooms.... My opinion if she still works there DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Read more

We were disappointed when we arrived. The hotel seemed run down. The rooms looked and felt old. Our room was not clean. In fact we found a sock laying under the table that was left from a previous stay. Felt creepy. The air conditioner was loud and made it hard to sleep. Would not stay here again.

For the price it was a good place to lay my head at night. The maids threw away a sealed container of food and weren't able to to find it. Because of the convenient location to BYU campus I'll probably use this facility again.

It was clean and comfortable for a short stay. My boys loved the pool. The only part that bugged me was the tiny room with the toilet and shower. I couldn't stand next to the toilet without bumping into the shower curtain. I loved how close it was to the BYU campus and the price was right.

all in all this is a confortable hotel price very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast could have more options I dont agree with the one traveler that thought the neighborhood was run down. shopping close by and eating places close by. will stay there again

Price was good. I was looking for just an overnight stay and catch plane early next morning. It was fine and location was good also. There were construction workers also staying there and smoking. Even though we had a nonsmoking room we could smell the smoke. Overall, it was fine.

We got in quite late because there was construction on the highway, and our exit was rerouted. We ended up spending another half hour trying to find the hotel. Once we found it we had a nice room. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good breakfast before getting back on the road. It was a good place to stop on our long trip.

Was in town for the Utah Valley Marathon and needed a good nights sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom could use a bit of maintainance though. The fan was quite noisey and caulking above the tub surround needed replacing. The free breakfast was nothing to shout about. This motel has a perfect location for where we wanted to be. For a basic, external corridor motel, the rate was good and the king room was sufficiently roomy and comfortable.
