This room was clean (not immaculate) and comfortable. We were concerned about our room being right next to the stairwell but it was not a problem. The continental breakfast was average. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids but the pool towels were the size of hand towels. For being in a tourist town the price was reasonable.

Stayed here after visiting Grand Canyon - great value and clean. Staff very nice and accomadting. Front desk gives discounts for restaurants in town. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable and room nice size. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly. The room was very basic but clean. I wish there were a mini fridge and a microwave, but it wasn't really an issue because we only stayed one night. Not a bad hotel. Very close to Grand Canyon railway. Our bathroom wasn't in the best shape and smelled a but musty. Pool and spa were nice. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was packed from 7:30-9 each day. Good breakfast for free (hot continental). AC was really noisy as was the fridge.

Days inn Williams is a nice, modern, clean and safe property in a pretty setting on the outskirts of Williams. It is only a short distance to town and local attractions. The Inn is well maintained and offers a terrific hot and cold breakfast. The pool and spa are beautifully located, clean and a delight at the end of the day. We would have liked if […] they had an exercise room, but the pool was morethan a good sub. The Inn is next to a restaurant and a gas station and is right off the interstate, but not within view or sound of it. Very nice and reasonable. This is a must return when we head back to see the Grand Canyon. Williams is central to the GC, Flagstaff, Sedona, Meteor Crater, Petrified Forest and Painted Desert. I would stay at this hotel again without a second thought!. The sheets and mattress was wonderful! The TV channel selection was extensive and the breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereals, coffee, and bagels and bread varieties. All was very good. This hotel is highly recommended.

The complimentary breakfast is excellent with lots to choose from and is spread out well so its not crowded. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are decent. The hallway carpet on the 2nd floor really needs to be replaced. There are big rounded loose, bubbled sections. At certain areas it is so bad it makes you trip when you walk.

Cold pool room! I paid extra for indoor pool but couldn't use it to swim because the room was so chilly. Kids swimming in the hot tub? No thanks. Kids in hot tub is not appropriate.

I'm not a 5 star hotel traveler...but this was a great place to stay the night before a trek into the Grand Canyon. Beds were comfy, warm showers, good heater & A/C. The hotel on the inside wasn't too spectacular looking but the rooms were great! Definitely will stay there again!

Had a really good stay here. Beds were really comfy, pillows though too soft... Loved the round the clock hot chocolate. Breakfast was good.. Only creepy thing was the fact that there was a cemetary next door. Good thing we weren't staying there on dec 21.. Zombie apocalypse

The staff were quick at checking us in. We really liked that hot chocolate and tea were offered and not just coffee. The kids loved playing in the pool although it was a tad too cold. The room was ok, comfortable. The dated hotel does not have a elevator, only stairs, which is not fun when you are traveling with someone who has trouble with mobility. The hotel was very family-oriented. They have hot cocoa, tea, and coffee available all day/night. It is right off the freeway, next to Denny's, down the street from the main Route 66 road, provides free breakfast, and has an indoor pool.

newly remodled room. very nice. better than I expected. very good hot breakfast included. great indoor heated pool and spa which my grandaughter enjoyed. only drawback it was a couple of miles ouyside of town but can live with that. would definately stay there again

Hotel staff was very graceful, even letting us check-in an hour early. We had a new AC/HEating unit, but others in our party had an old one, which wasn't efficient as you could see sunlight coming through (and the cold mountain air at 32 degrees). Hot tub was nice, but the main pool wasn't heated, which was very disappointing for the little kids in […] our group who were hoping to swim. The breakfast wasn't the greatest (on the 2nd day, we opted for the 20% discount at Denny's). Downtown Williams was about a 2 minute drive away, so very convenient to local shops, restaurants, and the Polar Express! I was very impressed that the Hotel had DirecTV and new HDTVs. They even used HDMI cables to utilize the HD Quality (a first for me in a hotel). Downside was no ESPN, but upside was Disney Jr for the kiddos! Read more

We had 2 hotel rooms, and the keys to the other room did not work at all. When we complained they said the batteries in the door lock were probably dead and needed to be replaced. We had a wonderful experience here. The front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Our room was lovely and quite updated.
