Great location near the corner of Peachtree and Piedmont in Buckhead. Within a few minutes drive to Midtown, High Art Museum and Virginia Highlands. Nice hotel with professional and helpful staff. I've stayed at other Hyatt Places and they have, for the most part, been nice. This place, while nice, needed a little more maintenance in some areas. There were a few more chips and dents in various places than in other Hyatts. Overall, it needs slight refurbishing/updating, but still pleased with the accommodations overall. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel exceeded my expections. Very well kept. Loved the breakfast that was served. Customer service skills were great! Overall great experience. One thing I would have liked better if it was slighty closer to the Braves Stadium & The Undergorund.

I thought everything was great. We loved our room and the service was fantastic. Parking convenient and free. THere is a eatery across the plaza but we took our meals from the hotel and they were very passable including the complimentary breakfast. This is a great place to stay.

It was disappointing to learn that they did not have a indoor pool when they advertised that they did. It was also very disappointing to find out that the bar isn't an actual bar but just a mini store right in front. From the advertising it seemed that the bar was off to the side and actually served drinks. If you are in Atlanta on business and need a hotel located on or near Buckhead, this is a good hotel. The rooms did not impress much. Felt the carpet was dirty and stinky when I took my shoes off. But overall the cleanness of the hotel, continental breakfast and friendliness of staff was great. From the front door to the room this hotel was FANTASTIC!! The Customer service, hotel itself, room, everything far exceeeded my expectations! Had an 8th floor room and the view was unbelievable. I have stayed at the Bellagio in Vegas and was more impressed with this Hyatt. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Know in advance the the Saturday night will have many people staying there before and after parting in Buckhead. Quite loud- conversations (some quite vulgar) and music. After I changed my room- it was very nice.

The staff was excellent and the location was ideal. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The only issue was the parking. While it was free, you have to park in a structure and walk to the hotel with your luggage. Other than that, it was great.

The staff was very helpful and courteous, however the other guests staying in the hotel were loud and obnoxious. A group of men came storming down the hallway at 5am hollering and stomping. Stayed here to take the kids to aquarium for Christmas. Nice hotel for the price and value. Easy access to marta train station to go south to aquarium, world of coke, centennial park. Straight shot over to stone mountain as well. Would stay here again, although no variety to breakfasts after a few days.

The staff was very pleasant. we arrived late and tired from our drive from LA to Ga so it was nice to have a warm welcome. The breakfast buffet was clean, hot and very good. The selection was plentiful as well.

a bit wore out but get a suite size room with sofa bed, decent free breakfast and in a good location. The bathroom can be bigger. If the heat/AC can have a digital control thermostat, just high & low Heat/Cool with red to blue color knot.

A good quiet place and good price. Free parking, wireless internet, and breakfast which is not common in Atlanta. Hotel is close to downtown. I would definitely come back again. However, the restaurant needs to diversify the menu. And the hotel rooms can do with a microwave.

the staff was amazing, the room was incredible, i couldn't have been more plased with my stay. the bed was the most comfortable i've ever slept in, the shower had the most water pressure of any bathroom ever, the room was huge. breakfast was great. id recommend to anyone.

The Hyatt Place in Buckhead is a reasonably priced alternative to the expensive mega hotels in that particular area. It doesn't have as many amenities as the other establishments but what the Hyatt Place offers is more than adequate. Great breakfast facilities!
