"Exceeded my expectations..."
Very central, only a few minutes walk from all the attractions. Bed fantastic especially as both my wife and I are over 6 feet tall. Nice pool, restaurant prices reasonable, car park (public) underneath the hotel. Couldn't ask for more.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Easy to get to. Heart of downtown. Walk every where. Parking attached to building.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Convenient and comfortable hotel near the centre"
A convenient stopover on the way to and from Germany by car.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very nice service and helpful staff. Good location. Child friendly and loved the small play area for children in the hotel lobby. Giant screen by the bar where one could enjoy the football. Breakfast was amazing. Overall very satisfied, and would stay there again when we vista the lovely city of BrugeGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We spent three nights in this hotel in June 2014. It is situated in the interesting part of Bruges and a few minutes walk from the centre. The best thing about Novotel hotels is that you know what to expect and this one didn't disappoint. The multi lingual check in staff were polite and helpful, the breakfasts were good and the room spacious and clean. […] We made a mistake and used the restaurant our first evening and that was the only disappointment of the stay. Very small choice and not worth the money. I suspect that the corporate rules insist on a full service but in reality no one uses it given the abundance of good restaurants in the area and it has shrunk accordingly. We would come back to this hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Short Bruges Stay"
Had a short stay in Bruges - 1 night, so wanted a reasonably priced hotel. This one fits the bill - although I'd avoid breakfasy at 20 euro per adult (kids are free) - we headed to a local cafe and got breakfast for 4 for a tad under 25 euro. Nice and central - short walk to the main square and other attractions & shops.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great hotel, very welcoming. Brilliant facilities. Fantastic location. Really enjoyed our stay and would come again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
the location is good, very close to center.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Novotel Brugge Centrum"
We stayed in the Novotel Brugge Centrum for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spacious, clean and included a safe, kettle and small fridge. The breakfast was costly so we bought items from the supermarket and ate it in the room. Would recommend the Novotel to anyone staying in Bruges and would definitely look to stay in another of these hotels […] in the future. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good location for ease of access into the centre"
Hotel facilities very basic, everything is extra, coffee, milk, water, breakfast is an additional charge of 20 euros for £90 per night all you get is a room, with basic facilites.Genuine Expedia guest review
"great location with car park underneath"
I enjoyed my stay, no sewage smell, quiet and tidy, big room. dont take the 22 euro breakfast option and instead try one of the cafes in the street, there was one that did coffee, toast and pastry for 6 euros.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Brugge"
Very comfortable room. But expensive for breakfast much better to eat out at one of the nearby Cafés.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Clean and spacious, central with parking next door"
Very convenient for the centre, clean, friendly staff. Good value for money and car park very near. Stopped for a night on way to Holland. Had a lovely time in Brugge.Genuine Expedia guest review

Very welcoming staff. Modern and central location. Clean and comfortable. Rooms small but adequate. Good break fast choice. Good value for money.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good hotel. Great location. Lovely staff."
This hotel is within 15 minutes walk from the railway station. It is 5minutes away from Minniewater. 10 minutes walk takes you to great historic churches, museums, boat trip on the canals. Another 5 minutes walk further is the Markt and Burg, Bruges's most famous squares. The hotel is very clean with large rooms and free wifi. The staff were very helpful […] and cheerful. I. Easy to find with reasonable public parking underneath & as central as you need to be but really quiet too. Breakfast buffet style but really good & enough to mean a snack is all you will need until dinner time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A rather tired hotel"
We have stayed at the Novotel Brugge Centrum on more than ten occasions over several years and have always found it sufficient for our needs. However on this last visit, although both of us are able bodied, we were put in a room on the ground floor designed for persons with mobility disabilities. The position of the shower head was a mere metre high […] which, as I am 1.9 metres tall, made showering difficult. The bedroom was spartan, gloomy with insufficient mirrors and lighting, and the bed was uncomfortable. The air-conditioning unit did not work (despite our visit being at the end of March we were blessed with some very warm weather) and opening the window let in the smoke from those guests who congregated outside the hotel's front door to smoke cigarettes. The breakfast buffet was not as extensive as it used to be and the waitress wiped table debris onto the floor, rather than into a receptacle, resulting in the floor of the breakfast room becoming rather littered and messy. "2 night stay in March"
Didn't know what to expect because of the cheap price but the hotel is lovely. Set in a courtyard so it's quiet but very central. Easy walking to everywhere. The staff at checking we're very pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and immaculate. All in all a great mini break.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Easy to drive to, parking next door and good value"
Large room, clean warm in spring, central to everything , breakfast locally if you eat after 9 am not much open before. Very good staff, bar closes at 12 midnite.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location close to the station"
Found this hotel was close to the station and a nice walk into the main town centre. The room was comfortable however the air conditioning did not work which meant we had to open the window at night this was not good as the noise from outside was so loud you could hear everything from people walking , car's driving past, bicycles screeching and people […] talking. Also the price of breakfast was over priced and found eating out in the local shops was a good shout. Overall a nice stay in Bruge with nice staff just a shame about the above. From the moment we arrived we were treated nicely, kindly, and helpfully. The room was nice and tidy and comfortable. Everything was there that we wanted. You are very near the busiest shopping streets, the Big Square and other famous landmarks. But there are other sites worth seeing much nearer by. And there is a (little) supermarket just across the […] road and a pharmacy just a little further down. Should you need chocolate, well....there is enough of that too. My only grievance was the little breakfast, I was not very hungry and can have a Full English every day, three little danishes, orange juice and one cup of coffee for £8.- I found a bit steep, but hey, it didn't upset the pleasure of our stay. We drove from Calais to Bruges which was very straight forward and all motorway. Finding the hotel turned out to be easier than we thought but we did need a road map of the city to negotiate the roads and canals. The Novatel shares a site with an Ibis Hotel (same group) and there is underground chargeable car parking. Modern Euro hotel, easy walking […] to city centre, galleries and museums. Bruges is a town for those over about 18 years old. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
hotel is located within walking distance of places of interest. There is a little supermarket near and several restaurants and shops near by. Parking nearby at reasonable cost(central station 3.50 euro for 24 hrs or 8.50 euro for closer parking. We felt safe walking in the surrounding area at night time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not as modern as I predicted"
The bathroom was decorated like the toilet in an airplane. The shower was quite an odd shape and not as straight forward to use as you would expect! Staff were nice and made two dinner reservations for us. Bruges is so small and even though the hotel is 10minute walk from the main square it really doesn't matter as there are cafes and restaurants very […] close. Breakfast at 20 euro each is ridiculous as there are amazing cafes close by for half that, Highly recommend Carpe Diem restaurant. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"A well positioned standard hotel"
The hotel was as expected and ticked all of the boxes for us. The only thing I would change is to have proper cups and glasses in the room rather than the paper and plastic ones provided.Genuine Expedia guest review
We stayed for three nights in bruge and really enjoyed it, my husband and I with our two girls. It is an amazing city with so much to see. We took the train from the airport which took an hour changing just once,it was very easy. During our stay we went on a Segway tour, this is one of the best things we did. £35 per person but well worth it! It's a […] must to do. We eat at some fab restaurants all four of us for £90 . We did find the restaurtants fairly well priced but the ones in the square were more expensive. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent comfortable stay in Novotel Brugge"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel Brugge Centrum. The staff were exceptionally helpful and we were delighted with the central location. The breakfast was excellent, a little expensive at 20 euros per person, but children are not charged for breakfast. We would certainly stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great hotel, perfect location"
A lovely, clean hotel with fantastic staff. A very short walk to the market square and there are lots of nice places to eat close by. NCP parking is right next door and it's less than €10 for 24 hours. It's also very easy to find from the main road into the centre.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Central hotel, great for families"
The hotel is in a great, central location, close to good restaurants and the Zot Brewery! Our room had a couch with roller bed, which worked well for our two kids. The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of families with kids, so we felt very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, making reservations and giving directions. Overall a great […] experience. "Good City Hotel"
A great break with our two young boys. Perfect that we could all be in one room and central in Brugge.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Shower force was poor, room was very warm despite leaving the window openGenuine Expedia guest review
This hotel had a great location with onsite parking (about 9$/24h). The location is central and we could walk to every popular site even with both children (ages 4, 7). We were pleasantly surprised to find our room nicely adapted for a family of four. Although the room was small, both children had their own twin bed. We stayed only one night so we did […] not have a chance to use any of the other hotel facilities. We did not take the breakfast as it was priced at 20€ per adult.
