The hotel was wonderful except the lobby noise and elevator. The rooms have balconies that face the lobby; you will be awake all night listening to the elevator and awaken at 7:00 am when the guest go and eat breakfast. If you chose to stay make sure you get your balcony facing the back not the lobby!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I recently stayed at another hotel in the same area for about the same nightly rate and expected about the same quality. The accommodations at this hotel were superior in comparison. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. My daughter needed a personal razor and the hotel clerk sent one to the room immediately.

All Suite hotel with all the amenities of a luxury boutique hotel. It was definitely a good value. My only complaint is that they didn't have a microwave in the kitchenette.

I love this hotel. This was my second stay and it was great. Stayed here in 08 and it was just a great as this year. Its about 15 miles from the airport and 15 miles from downtown in opposite directions. Only problem is that they did not offer a shuttle to and from the airport. A shuttle is a must if you have a hotel. Over all i would stay again.

The hot chocolate chip cookies will make you want to return. Service great, rooms clean and spacious, great room for the money, and best bedding for comfort.

loved the hotel! we recieved fresh baked cookies upon checkin, the room was immaculate,housekeeping was the best I would stay here again the next time we're in ATL.

I stayed at this property for the first time and was quite pleased. I stayed with 2 children - aged 10 and 11. The other problem I had was red stained carpet in the kitchenette area as if a good bit of drink had been spilled there. The refrigerator is really tiny and not secured in it's space. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and the shuttle is available to take guests to locations nearby. I would stay there again if the need arises.

Both the hotel and the room were beautiful! Very spacious 2 room suite with a jacuzzi bathtub. Looking forward to staying there again!

This Hotel was wonderful. The first impression was amazing along with the excellent cookies handed to you upon arrival. The suite was amazing very comfortable I loved how the bedroom was separated from the front room (tv area). I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. There was a mall directly across the street. I didn't get a chance to visit. The hotel is not to far from the major highways and is located near several restaurants.

The suite was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Hotel was in a good location, cross the street from Cumberland Mall which has nice restaurants and stores. The price could not be beat and one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in a while. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Both nights of my stay I had to ask the front desk for Housekeeping after 2:00 PM. The staff is equivalent to dealing with an uncaring governmental agency. The furniture was disgusting with stains from who knows where. The fitness center machines were broke. The hotel is an atrium style construction and the noise from the bar and dining room echos into your room like you are next to the action ( whether you want to be or not; and I had a room not facing the atrium ! ). TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING and if the room was free, I would pass..

This is a beautiful hotel and located very close to shopping, dining, the interstate, the Galleria and the Cumberland Mall. I felt safe here. The food is excellent and great in room coffee which matters to me more than the food. The bed is comfortable and everything is clean.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and evertime is great. I love the cookies! The only issue that I had with the hotel is the outdates TV's this time. Last time, we had 2 flat screens, but this time we had the box tv's. Other than that, the hotel is great. I have a 2 year old and the bedroom area being seperate from the living room area is great. I will be staying here again.

The room was wonderful! Large, comfortable, extra cozy, soft bed---could not be better and great value. It exceeded my expectations because the price was so reasonable! Thank-you! I would highly recommend this hotel.

This Hotel was more then we expected for the money. We had a spacious Sitting Area which was separate from the spacious Bedroom with King bed. The Bathroom was beautiful and the oversized Garden Tub really set it off. To top that off we received complimentary "Double Tree Cookies" oh to die for. The Staff was friendly and helpful. We plan to visit Atlanta again soon and will be staying at the Double Tree.

Hey, this hotel was GREAT! I waited until the last minute to get a hotel for our trip. My girlfriend was on me hard! I knew the area so I figured that I couldnt go wrong. Once we arrived and she went to the room first, she told me that I had redeemed myself, LOL! Service, and room was awesome. I really look at the fitness centers at hotels and the fitness center here was also great! We definetly will stay hear when we travel to ATLANTA!

This hotel is a great hotel for the money. The location is very convenient. The room was clean and in very good condition. And the welcome cookie was fantastic!

The hotel was lovely. The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was spacious. We enjoyed the living area being apart from the bedroom. The bathroom was also spacious with a very nice jacuzzi bath. Our only recommendations would be for newer televisions and more channel options.

Our stay was wonderful!!! Great bathroom and the comfort of the bed was superb. I would prefer to have a microwave in the suite, but that is minor. Homemade cookies were excellent as well. We will definitely stay there again!!!! The staff was GREAT!!!

I was continuously surprised in a very good way during my stay at my new favorite hotel chain. Check-in was a breeze and they even gave me a warm cookie--a small touch that helped so much after a long day of work and travel. I literally gasped when I entered my room. The warm and inviting color scheme coupled with the room's spaciousness made my smile from the cookie experience even larger. When I unpacked my toiletries I received another pleasant surprise--the enormous jacuzzi tub--other hotels say they have one but Double Tree truly delivers! My only complaint was the absence of a microwave but compared to everything else that was so right I am almost ashamed to even mention it. The best surprise of all happened later in the week. A brief but strong thunderstorm hit the area and the power was out when we got to the hotel. I groaned to myself thinking of the long climb up the stairs to my room. I was greeted at the door, informed of the power loss, and then rewarded by the news that the elevators still had power. Thank you, Double Tree, for providing such a wonderful experience.

The staff there was great, very helpful. I also loved that they gave me a complimentary cookie when I checked in, it was delicious. I loved the king bed I had. It was fabulous to sleep in. My room also had a jacuzzi which was pretty neat. The couch could have been a bit more comfy though. I spent more time in the armchair instead of the sofa. The sofa was short in width with the padding and quite hard. The hotel's website says the breakfast area is complimentary, however, I was billed for my buffet breakfast. You have to pay for wireless internet access but they do have two computers and a printer on the ground floor which you can access for free. Big concerns about the room: founds some gnats flying around mostly in the bathroom and in the vending machine area, I saw a small roach or some sort of bug. Other than their pest problem, I would possibly return to this hotel.

We loved Doubletree; they were warm and welcoming and left us to ourselves since we were there for business. we enjoyed the hotel so well that we plan to stay again for pleasure this time!!

I love the fact that this room has a living and bedroom. This made my stay so much more enjoyable. The front desk staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything, not to mention the sensational cookie you get at check-in. My only negative was the refrigerator in the room. It was too small and mine was not situated in the wall correctly and kept sliding around. Other than that, everything was great.

The air conditioning was broken in the first suite we were in. We called the front desk and they were more than accomodating. They put us in a new suite immediately and made it very clear that our comfort was first and foremost in importance. The hotel was very nice and quiet. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation. It is located just north on downtown Atlanta in a great part of the city!

The suite was very well decorated. The bed was quite comfortable and the staff was very helpful and polite. We would stay ther again.

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I would recommend it to anyone and cannot wait to go back and stay again. Everyone there was so detail-oriented. It was great!!! By far above and beyond.

Hotel was just recently upgraded and was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. My only complaint was that there was no microwave and the internet was not complimentary. You also had to pay for local calls. Why charge for local calls and the internet when the hotel is so pricey? Even a cheap motel has free internet and local calls! Sounds like greed to me. I felt trapped in my room when I couldn't call out for pizza and I couldn't surf the net to find directions to the restaurant!
