"At least it was Clean"
Good place to stay if you're only going to sleep and shower there. Old microwave and old fridge. Loud air conditioner. If you need anything you have to walk all the way to the front office to get it yourself. No one straightens out the room or restocks towels while you're gone. The tv constantly runs Spanish advertisements over whatever you're watching and doesn't carry HBO or Showtime as the website states. Then again, you get what you pay for and it was pretty clean and comfortable for the price.

"Decent Hotel"
It was a pretty location. Hop on the highway and go where you need to go. Comfortable location. The staff were nice and friendly. Room service put some roses i bought in some waterbabd displayed it nicely in the room. We were in a rush so we forgot to do it. Thanks Room Service. Nice breakfast. Don't think about it, just book a room today.

"Nothing like the pictures"
It looks like a place for regular people go it was very noisy and loud towels were dingy and hard sheets were not kept clean ... It was under construction.

"Comfortable, no complaints except fo the price"
Room was clean, service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Overpriced for the level of hotel. Website said a much lower price per night than what was actually charged. This is a $79 per night motel charging $129. The value was not there.

"Great stay for the price!"
great hotel to stay on a budget. i stayed for about 3 nights. it was cold in San Antonio when i arrived, but the heater in the room was perfect!! felt so comfortable in the room, staff was extremely friendly. they had construction going on in the lobby but still the stay was excellent. i highly recommend the hotel when in the area. i-10 is a perfect location since you are in the middle of everything. now the only critique---just to be picky, the towels could have been softer that's it. but again its all good

"wish we knew they were remodeling...."
the front lobby was inaccessible due to construction. Breakfast was being served in the laundry room. Needless to say we went out for breakfast. The underside of the bed spread was stained and there was hair in the bathroom floor. Sheets were clean but bed was uncomfortable. Staff was nice but not overly accommodating.

"Very Nice for the Price"
Very nice hotel. Staff was great, hotel very clean. Rooms are large and have all needs met, even a microwave, iron for clothes, and small refrigerator. Only problem we had was water pressure in tub was not strong enough and there was no tub stopper to take a soak in. Other then that, going thru hotels.com for a great price was fast, easy and prefessional! And yes I am a real customer.

Loved this hotel liked that they gave you the option if you wanted new towels or not and new sheets or not. Really helos save water from all that washing. Everything was in good condision just maybe get bigger trashcans we filled uo ours quick but haooy they took or trash that we filled up with a different bag. Would deffinitly stay again.

"Near Interstate/Freeway Access"
It was conveniently located with the only exception being that the secondary gate to exit more conveniently was kept locked. It made for a longer driving experience when leaving the motel to run some quick errands. The secondary exit/entrance would have been a real time saver as well as less stress when traveling around the neighborhood. The room was very clean and comfortable making it an enjoyable experience. Staff was kind and helpful in giving directions to surrounding businesses.

"Great place to stay."
This was just a quick pause on our journey home. It was clean quiet and decent enough to sleep well. We wanted to try the pool before we left but woke to thunder & lightening. So we hightailed it out of town to avoid weather. Otherwise it was conveniently located right off the freeway and you didn't hear anything from inside the room.

"On a tight budget"
I selected this hotel solely based on price. I wanted to get away but didn't have a lot of money to spurge. The room cleanliness was ok but the bed was hard as a rock. I woke up several times through out the night because I could not get comfortable. I had read in a previous review the ice machine was not working but I thought that surely they would have it fixed by the time I booked my trip. I was wrong! Housekeeping did not come by my room at all while I was there. I was truly disappointed but you get what you pay for. On a bright note the hotel does come with a fridge and microwave. I hope this review helps someone.

"Excellent stay for the rate paid"
Stayed here for Spring break week. It was a good place to stay especially for what we paid per night. Room was clean. Front desk was very nice. Only thing that i didnt care for was the continental breakfast. Not good, but that wasnt important to us. We just wanted a comfortable place to lay our heads after a day at Fiesta Texas and the River Walk.

My stay was for two evenings. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was great (choices of hot waffles; cereal; yogurt; bread; etc,.). The wireless access wasn't working properly in my room during my entire stay (I reported it to the staff, and they had acknowledged this). Location very convenient to everything, and was extremely quiet from outside traffic and other noises. Very confortable stay.
