We had a wonderful experience. Room was quite and comfortable. As for location, it was located only minutes from University Medical Center. Breakfast was very good. We are looking forward to staying Again when we visit El Paso this coning week.

This was my first trip to El Paso and I was traveling for business. This was a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, everything was clean. It had a very comforrtable lobby. A really nice bonus was the shuttle that will take you within 3 miles. A great option to renting a car and still be able to go out to dinner.

Room was smaller than other Hampton"s I've stayed in. Stayed in the middle Construction zone. Entrance and the exist ti the hotel was difficult. The parking area was none existent.

We arrived very tired at the end of a long drive and checked in, hauled our luggage to our room only to find the key card did not seem to work. We schlepped our luggage back down to a busy front desk, where we were told that in this hotel you have to lift UP on the door handle after inserting the key card. Why have a door handle you have to lift up? […] Why didn’t the front desk person tell us about this unique feature? We put the luggage in our room and went back down to drive the car around back to park. We came in the back door with our remaining luggage, took an elevator to our floor and looked up and down the halls to find our room, but the doors all had odd numbers. Ours were even. Tired and frustrated, we went back down to the lobby with our luggage where another guest, seeing our predicament, said he had experienced the same problem. Seems this hotel is divided into two wings, one with even numbered rooms and one with odd. We had to take the “even number elevator” to find our room. Again, WHY WEREN’T WE TOLD ABOUT THIS UNIQUE FEATURE WHEN WE CHECKED IN?? The gym equipment was old and very noisy. After about 10 minutes on two very loud squeaky machines my wife and I gave up on the exercise. The hall carpets looked old and dirty. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good. We did appreciate the free shuttle to a nice restaurant. On this trip we stayed in five Hampton Inns. This was the most expensive and the least satisfactory. Read more

Love the room except the traffic noise from the freeway. The bed and pillows were so nice. Was surprised about the tv for it was as big as the one I have at home. Would for sure stay there again.

The staff was very helpful, polite and very accommodating. They took the time to help out and make our short stay enjoyable. We had an early flight and they make all the arrangements to get us to the airport on time. They even prepared the continental breakfast early so that we could have something before our flight.

The Hotel is spotless which is very nice. They have one of the best breakfast buffets around. What I did notlike is that everything is cramp together. It felt crowded in the dinning room and even in the room. I am sure it is spacious when you rent a whole suite but an adjacent room with 2 beds for 4 people is WAY too crowded. Also, the coffee in the […] room is terrible....I rather walk to the lobby and get REAL coffee. The pool was clean and the staff was excellent, the pool area only needs some shade. From the minute we walked in we were greeted and told our stay would be wonderful and guaranteed. And it was! There is coffee at all times available. The breakfast was great! Our room was lovely, clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and air shuttle service, fine. The problem was the wake -up service which never called us. Fortunately, I woke up early, or we would have missed our plane. I recommend they double-check wake-up call times in the future.The rest of the service was excellent.

I stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso-Airport for one night before moving back home and I was really surprised. The hotel is clean and has a nice decoration, the staff is very nice and helpful, and the breakfast offered has a lot of options, and was more than I expected. I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, convenient location. Two-room suite (fold-out couch in living room) made for spacious accomodations for three, with sink in "hall" a good design as well. Breakfast just o.k. Only minor complaint: hard to get room to cool below about 73 despite A/C setting--just a bit warmer than we prefer.

Overall a good place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful when we asked for extra towels. Would not recommend the sofa bed-too lumpy, but aren't they all in all other hotel chains! Breakfast mostly continental fare.
