Room was clean. No problems with late check in. Coffee at Lakeside Inn was much too strong for my taste. Staff helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location for business travel"
Near airport, very focused on return business travelers. Room spacious with couch and sitting area, coffee station, large sink area. Nice lounge & restaurant. Meeting room spacious and good menu. Will return.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We enjoyed our stay but there was confusion at the start. We had a late Arrival (1 am). The first room we were given was occupied as was the second. When we finally got to our room it was excellent as was the rest of our stay. The staff was friendly and very apologetic.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Shuttle experience was timely and efficient. Room was very comfortable. It's great to have a restaurant inside the hotel, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Cost of parking for 10 days was reasonable.Genuine Expedia guest review
Just fine! Kelly in the restaurant was very helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very nice place to stay! Was here last year! Staff was great! Good cookies also!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Portland Airport Hotel"
The Raddison Hotel is very conveniently located near the Portland, OR airport. The hotel seems very new and modern, and the rooms are very comfortable, featuring Sleep Number beds (at least in our rooms). The restaurant was pleasant with good menu choices, and the exercise facilities looked excellent. The hotel is in a quiet area off of the main roads, […] but is only 5 minutes from the airport entrance. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Clean, comfortable room. The help was fantastic, 7 stars out of 5.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Rooms are Fine. Hotel is a bit out of the way no close restaurants except their cafe. the elliptical machines are old and need updating. they do not provide a continental breakfast so the value is just not there for what you pay.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great airport stay"
This hotel is perfectly located near the Portland airport. The rooms are very nice and spacious and clean. There is a hotel café that is excellent; good food reasonably priced and drinks, with speedy friendly Service. They have a "grab and go" breakfast available too.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room was nice, dinner was good and pricing was excellent. The room above us had a very noisy child running around and being noisy yelling. You diud warn about train and plane noise but that weas over the topGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good base outside of downtown"
Solid hotel without the expense of a downtown hotel. While near the airport it's in a different flight path than other airport hotels. We weren't bothered by the few planes we heard. Room was quiet and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. The onsite restaurant was solid and nice to have without having to drive further after a day in the car.Genuine Expedia guest review
Room was ok but smelled. There is a restaurant on site but service was bad. Rude waiterGenuine Expedia guest review
Response by Radisson Hotel Portland Airport Thank you for taking the time to review The Radisson PDX. I am sorry your experience was less than desirable. I appreciate you letting me know the service issues you experienced, and I assure you we are working diligently to correct the issues.
"Convenient, easy access"
Portland Radisson was clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Restaurant service was slow. At times could not get a luggage cart. May be because the hotel was busy. This is good. People like staying here. We will definitely return on our next trip to Portland.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Took an hour and two calls to get a shuttle and girl at the desk was rudeGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Radisson Hotel Portland Airport I apologize for the shuttle wait time and lack of professional response by our front desk agent. This is certainly not up to the standard of excellent guest service we typically provide. I will be providing coaching to the employees involved to prevent this from occurring again in the future.
"Nice hotel close to airport"
Great employees, quiet place! Good price very nice atmosphere.Genuine Expedia guest review
"a very nice place"
Very happy with the room and the service. The fitness room was nice and clean. We didn't eat at the restaurant because it seemed a bit pricey. The Ramada down the street had a more reasonably priced cafe, but really looked like a less well- maintained facility. Glad we stayed at the Radisson!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Convenient. Met my needs. I would stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"West coast start."
We were there for one night therefore it was adequate for getting our trip to the coast started. We were given a room behind the elevator which was a bit noisy. The bed felt like it needed to be replaced as it didn't offer much support almost as if whoever slept in it before may have been a large person or the mattress was towards the end of its li […] fe. "Radisson Hotel, Portland, OR"
A great plus is that this hotel has a nice bar/dining area with good food; hard to find in airport area hotels. We have stayed there several times and our overall experience has been very good in the past - very helpful staff, clean & good sized rooms, roomy sink area, separate bathroom. BUT, this time our room had an awful bed!! It was an ancient Sleep […] Number bed and the controls didn't function properly. They only raised the number, not lowered!! Therefore, one of our duo had a miserable night's sleep and we had to awake at 3:15 AM to catch a flight on very little sleep from the discomfort. The only other problem was that it was difficult to find a luggage cart to take our luggage to our room (yes, it's self-serve). However, at 3:45 AM there was NO cart available, so we called the desk and a nice young man came up with a food caddy and took our luggage to the lobby. By the way, we are both 72 with health issues, so this was no small inconvenience! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very comfortable and clean."
The air-cushion beds were very comfortable and the hotel was clean and quiet. close to the expressway to get to-from city center Portland. Not much around the industrial area though and a bit of a challenge to find, but a good deal for the level of comfort provided. The area was off the main road, so it was pretty safe.Genuine Expedia guest review
For the amount we paids per night, this wasnt a great bargain. Facility is old and needs updated. People there were all very nice and all worked hard. The service was very good, just that the hotel needs to invest in updates.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Reasonable price-close to PDX"
Flawless stay. Pleasant staff, clean & comfortable number bed with free wi-fi, bottled water & grab and go breakfast bag, with decent coffee. Furnishings and plumbing were recently updated but no granite surfaces. Quiet but under window a/c unit had trouble keeping the room at 72 while it was 85 outside. Cooled fine over night and not overly noisy. […] We didn't use the workout facility or restaurant. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great overall experience"
My experience at this hotel started with a very courteous receptionist that set the tone for the stay. The room was very comfortable, the sleep number bed was a great perk. Not to mention the good quality of the free Wifi all across the hotel. The hotel was conveniently located to access the Convention Center, although traffic is always a concern at […] rush hour. The only aspect not up to par with the experience was the quality of the buffet breakfast, but the service in the restaurant made up for it. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Don't stay here without a car"
There is nothing in this area one can walk to. There is no close on-time public transportation. The hotel is seriously overpriced for their lack of amenities. You could take the shuttle to the airport to get to the MAX red line to get into town, but it is a long, annoying time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel is dated and there is not a hiking path."
The hotel is a little dated and could use some upgrades to the room as well as the beds. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The hiking path and lake that was advertised is vastly different than described. The lake is a slightly larger than a pond and the hiking path is only a few hundred feet long. Very disappointed as we made reservations at this […] location based solely on the option of a running path around a lake. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Nice hotel with an excellent restaurant."
I stayed in this hotel while attending a conference in Portland. I originally wanted a hotel close to the convention center but had waited too long before booking. This hotel is close to the airport and had everything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I decided not to rent a car. In order to get to the conference each day, I took […] the hotel's shuttle to the airport and then got on the Max (Portland's public transit train system). In the evening, I took the shuttle from the airport back to the hotel. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for the shuttle and the drivers were friendly and helpful. I ate every breakfast and several dinners at the hotel and was delighted by the reasonable prices and excellent quality of the food. The wait staff at the restaurant was always friendly and the service was excellent. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
My daughter and I were only in Portland one night so stayed only that long at the Radisson Airport Hotel. While we did not need the airport shuttle, we always like that free feature. The hotel and room were very clean, had a refrigerator and microwave, a workout room (larger than many hotels), a business center (I was able to print off my flight tickets […] for the following night), and a bar/restaurant (we were hungry and I was craving a glass of wine!), so all ion all, it had what we needed. The staff was quite friendly, too!! The only downside was the location, but for people like us who could only stay one night, that did not matter. I would not have stayed here if we were around Portland for more than 2 nights, since it was a drive to where we needed to go. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Close to PDX with good shuttle service"
OK, really liked the Cafe for dinner. We don't like to have to travel out to eat after a hard day. Also we got there at happy hour and the prices were very reasonable. The hotel seemed a bit older and noisier than the Hampton we left the day before, but the price was reasonable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice hotel to tell other people.Friendly staff.Location was good.E-see go around look for food.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Incredibly friendly staff and shuttle driver"
Room too close to elevator and with Expedia, the reservation automatically generates king bed option (we needed two double beds), but otherwise excellent!Genuine Expedia guest review
Very convenient to PDX. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. If you need peace and quiet, however, this is not the place. Close to both airport and train tracks, make it a bit noisy.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Overall Very Nice"
Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. If you are staying close to the airport it is in a great location. Nothing seemed too far away though. The only problem that we encountered is after a long day out of sight-seeing and catching up with family we got back to the hotel and our room keys didn't work. 2 days in a row.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Wasn't please with the service and they made errors on my statement. When trying to correct them, the front desk treated me as if I was stupid and she was entirely too busy to help. Portland traffic sucks near the airport but back roads made it better. The room was nice and the restaurant was great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall the hotel was good. The room was relatively quiet except for the train whistles and the AC which was very noisy when on. The sleep number beds were nice. However the location of the hotel was awkward because it was hard to find and a bit far from shops, restaurants etc.Genuine Expedia guest review
Front desk kept us up to date with airlines and a lost bag, above and beyond what we expected. Nice extras for early am flight, good coffee to go, bottles of water and a snack bag - banana, apple and granola bar - all complimentary.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to airport"
This hotel was very convenient if you are taking a flight from Portland airport. They have a nice shuttle to the airport and you can park your car there and take the shuttle. They also had breakfast to go...fruit, granola bars, and water...very nice!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Well above avg airport hotel, extraordinary staff"
I've stayed in a lot of low~mid and even a few high end airport motels/hotels along the way, this Radisson beats just about all of them, and could give lessons to some downtown places costing 3~4 times as much. Arrived dead beat after the 1 day stp in killer heat, with a homeless rider in tow - acquired him at the finish line, after he decided on an […] impromptu upgrade from a 2 day to a 1 day ride, and so arrived without luggage, clean clothes, etc - manager working the front desk (Michelle, I think?) immediately fixed him up with a bathrobe, slippers, extra towels and laundry detergent so he could at least have clean bike clothes the next day - What a sweetheart! Although I'd reserved for two beds through Expedia, that did not show up on their end - apparently this is always the case, all their rez's from expedia come as a single bed - she sorted that one out as well, having held a double room just in case - not only was she kind, but prescient too! (So if you want 2 beds, maybe call to confirm...) Only down side - couldn't score a sandwich from the bar, despite arriving a full two minutes before closing, and had to make do with one of those pre-packed triangles from the shop... acceptable, but decidedly suboptimal after 200 miles in the saddle... but breakfast buffet was pretty good, much better than the typical free ones these days, well worth the 12 bucks. So nice to find a place with such fine customer service - not always the case these days. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Great assistance from the front desk staff in providing input on local eateries and directions. Comfortable bed which is important and the complementary breakfast was top notch. I know where I'm staying next time I'm in town! ThanksGenuine Expedia guest review

"The Lovely People of The Radisson Airport Portland"
The people who work at the hotel could not be lovelier. It's minutes from the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown by car. It has a lovely rural setting. The only negative is the coffee in the rooms isn't that good. But the room was sparkling clean, the check in was friendly and professional and special shout out to Rob, who drove the shuttle, […] for his remembering who we were and why we were there. Free wifi, free parking, friendly staff, and great location. What more could you ask for? The bed was a Sleep Number, which was awesome. The shower was also a highlight - good ventilation and exhaust fan, which WAY TOO MANY other hotels 'forget' the importance of. A+Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed on the way in and on our way out of a NW car trip. Nice place. Breakfast better than most. Two concerns - no close gas stations for filling up rental cars and a little tricky to find (use siri). would stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A quick trip to airport."
