We always keep the temperature of the pool at 82 degrees and and check it regularly I will pass your response to the proper department so that we can make sure it stays at the correct temperature. There were three of us in this room. For our check-in date we had three sets of towels. The 2nd day we only had two sets of towels for the morning. My wife called down to the front desk multiple times to get an extra set of towels for 90 minutes on Sunday morning.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Quiet hotel midweek, not on the weekend"

The overall service was great. No problems with staff. The rooms are very nice. Plush beds, high resolution TVs, and very well designed bathrooms. My bathroom door knob was broken, but still worked, so I didn't mind.. One problem I had was the view from my room window. All I could see was gravel and the panels of the building's exterior. Excellent value at the rate provided by hotels.com. The breakfast buffet was very good - I really enjoyed the hot oatmeal and the service was friendly, helpful, and prompt. "Horrible - Could not stay here"
Checked into hotel...got into room...placed bags down...turned on shower...checked out. My experience at this hotel was horrible. I arrived at the hotel and checked in. I was heading to an event so I placed my bags down reluctantly and proceeded to turn the shower on. The shower had a bad leak at the base in the wall. I was already reluctant to stay […] in the room due to the odor and appearance, but I was behind schedule and was willing to stay due to the location of scheduled events. I went down to talk to the staff with bags in hand hoping to be moved to a better room. I told the staff about the issues in the room and said I was not going to be able to stay in the room due to the conditions. The main take away was that the hotel is a bit older, and in need of some updating compared to many other hotels I have stayed at. I do a lot of traveling, so I see a wide variety of accommodations. At 10pm on the last night of our stay, a party bus (equipped for pole dancing - not kidding) pulled up right outside our window playing loud music. Numerous cars started pulling in the parking lot and women dressed as if they work in a strip club started pouring out of their cars, partying the parking lot, waiting to get on the bus.
