My husband and I have stayed at the Sofitel Brussels Le Louise three times in the past six years and have had a wonderful experience each time. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable and the service is outstanding. The location is close to the Grand Plaza (less than a mile walk), museums, shopping, and some great restaurants. 10-15 minute scenic walk to the heart of Brussels, and you're on a street with high-end shopping (Hermes, Zegna, Ferragamo, etc). The hotel staff were phenomenal and couldn't have been more helpful. The room, while small, was very plush (I had the luxury) and well-appointed. Won't hesitate to stay here again the next time I'm in Brussels. This hotel was amazing and the staff so nice. We were not well and they were so helpful and offer a room upgrade for a good price as we really wanted a bath tub. I can not stress how lovely the hotel and rooms are very good beds and the staff too. Also a nice location.

Hotel was beautiful, even the standard room is very nice, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Brussels, high end shopping at your doorstep, also close to 2 metro stops that can take you to the historic center in less than 10 minutes. Service at hotel is first rate.

It is located about 15 minutes away by foot from the Grand Plaza, but it is worth the walk. The hotel itself is hidden in one of the main streets. I absolutely adored this place, from the top to bottom. The staff was quite friendly and eager to assist. My room was always clean and the hotel on the whole. You can easily walk to lots of restaurants and shops and the area feels much safer than some i explored.

Great rate for a room with the most comfortable beds in Europe. Excellent service and 5 minutes from Louise Louiza Metro Station, which connects directly to Brussels Centraal train station. In room safe, superb breakfast.

The Hotel is quite nice, very good rooms, good location (not perfect, but brussels is small and there is a metro station right next door), but the reception service you must get used to (is not what i expect from a 5star hotel). Normally there is not much interaction with the reception (apart from check-in), but at Le Louise you must personally "apply" […] at the reception every day for the (free) 24 hour WIFI code, so you have more time to feel their service. Though it was not exceptional bad, the service delivery just was arrogant (yes, i do not speak too much french, but on the other hand .. it is the capital of belgium and a 5 star hotel ..). Very well located; hotel and staff met most of our expectations: clean, well managed and helpful staff. One issue would be the very expensive meal prices. We did not partake, though we would have on several occasions as we had rainy weather many of the days. Expedia did not offer a package with breakfast, and we would have been really happy to be able […] to have that. Would say that this is more of a business hotel and not for families. There are a few Sofitels in Brussels - this one is right in the middle of a great, high-end shopping area and walking distance to just about everything that you would want to do. The beds are really comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked the hotel on short notice and it was our first time staying at a Sofitel. In short, the stay was wonderful. From check in to check out, the staff were fantastic. The location was perfect and conducive for sight seeing. The hotel was impeccably clean and the lounge and leisure space were nice surprises. Good location, great coffee at breakfast, a shower out of your wildest fantasy. Only problem is weak WiFi signal (when you can't use WiFi at midnight due to a weak signal you've got a problem) -- we ended up using the high speed connection.

Hotel was clean, good location. Nice walk to the Grand Place, in a good shopping district. Metro was right around the corner. Staff was unfriendly and pretentious. We enjoyed a very pleasant night at the Sofitel in Brussels two weeks ago. The hotel, which appeared to have been recently renovated, was simply beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and it included all the amenities that one would normally expect from a hotel of this caliber. The neighborhood is very convenient to many of the museums, the […] historical center, and other attractions. Because we were in Brussels only briefly, we did not take advantage of the restaurant or spa facilities, but we did note that the outdoor bar was very attractive. Lovely hotel, great service and friendly staff. Over 1 mile away from bars, resteraunts and attractions. Good 30 walk each way. Immediate neighborhood quite rough with streets in poor condition and not very clean. Charged £56 euros for a croissant and piece of toast because we stood up and used Buffett! The hotel rooms are a bit bare - I found the lack of mirrors a bit disturbing and the peeling/bubbling wallpaper reminds you the facility is getting a bit old. The rooms are clean and the help is decent. Great hotel and very clean.the prices for the hotel and crystal lounge are very expensive for the quality you receive but there are plenty of alternative places nearby. Also expected that the fitness centre would be bigger and water should be provided complimentary to all guests.

I love it when Hotels.com gets a great deal at a great hotel. The Sofitel Louise is an excellent hotel, room was very nice, not every hotel that has a Bose sound system in the room. That sets the tone for the quality of the hotel. Excellent

Great Hotel, except for the staff at the bar downstairs. It took over 2.5 hrs to order 2 drinks on one night and then on the next night whilst no one was in the bar the service was again extremely slow. It was such a let down for such a good hotel. We made our grievances known at the time and they were ignored. The slow service continued. Very disappointing. […] I would say the worst service I have had at a hotel for a very long time. I would like to note that this service was only experienced in the hotel bar and not the rest of the hotel. We visited this Hotel as a group of friends (3 couples) on a weekend break. The Hotel is lovely. The staff are welcoming, friendly and efficeint.
