The front desk personnel was not friendly. The Hotel looks unsafe and I would not lay my head down there as the room had an odor and I was afraid to put my feet in the bed as it looked like bed bugs resided there. This type of hotel like the hotels found in crime dramas where people are found. I did not feel safe.

I'm glad I got a good deal on Expedia but this hotel was a little run down and the staff wasn't very available or very friendly. My friends who were staying in another room said their towels had stains on them... At least mine seemed new. The location was convenient to the Georgia horse park, but I'll probably stay next door if I ever come back!

This hotel was in a great location for what we needed, close to stores and restaurants and I-20. It could use an update, and I could live with outdated furnishings if the room were cleaner. The carpet had stains all over it, and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. This made me feel uncomfortable and wondering just how clean the sheets and comforters […] were, so I turned down the comforter and wouldn't use it. The bathroom was very clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. However, the room also was extremely hot and stuffy when we arrived later in the evening, as if nobody thought to turn on the AC in the room until a short time before our arrival, and it took a couple hours to actually cool down. I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless/until they replace the carpet, get new bed linens, and actually vacuum the floor. The parking lot was almost vacant when we got there, and now I know why. Read more

I stayed for 3 nights and never had my room cleaned, ever after I called the front desk 3 times. i had to wait 1 hour while checking in because there was no one at the front desk, i knocked, rang the bell, called the hotel and let the phone ring off the hook and still no one came to the front desk for an hour. I even called the Police to make sure everything […] was ok and they couldn't even find the person that was suppose to be working there. The room was very HOT, was not very clean, no towels in the bathroom and the carpet was dirty as hell. Staff during checkout was extremely rude. I will never stay at this hotel again, ever. After driving for a long time I got this hotel from my hotels.com phone app. I booked a two double bed room online. When I got to there, the front desk clerk was very rude. He told me if it was just me I didn't need two beds. Then he told me he was going to be watching me. I felt very uncomfortabe all night. Room clean bathroom everything rug looked a little worn out but it wasn't dirty just worn out look. Free continental breakfast very good.
