After my first stay, I said I wouldn't go back. After this stay, I pray I don't have to. My regular hotel was booked so I took this one ONLY because it was so close to where I had to be. Awful. The staff is unprofessional-front desk to restaurant. The rooms are not clean. There were black marks on the towels, no trash can in my room, no ironing board […] in my room, and the floor was dirty. Ordering food was even a challenge as they were out of 4 things on a small menu. The place is STILL under renovation and everything is a dusty mess. The low cost makes absolute sense. Experience was overall good with quality of service and cleanliness. However, we were flying out early the next morning and wanted to get to sleep early and were disappointed that maintenance was working on the floor above our room and we heard pounding til after 9 p.m.

Our room was across from the laundry facilities, and it looked like the staff hung out and talked much more than took care of their guests!! The room was dirty, the staff were not helpful, and it was poorly managed. Would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is somewhat out of the way....however it had a pub and restaurant inside the lobby. It was a surprise as we got in from the airport at around 8:00 and had not yet eaten! So glad we did not have to leave the hotel to get a bite to eat or a drink! Only stayed one night....but would recommend.

Its a OK hotel and not the high class one. I have asked for a microwave and a refrigerator on request. I never got any refrigerator and the microwave I got was a broken one. When i asked to replace the microwave, the person said, its not his duty. Overall the experience was average.

Here comes the nightmare. […] Upon our return, I called the number & went to the assigned door #(was 8), I was told the shuttle would be there in 7-8 minutes. WRONG! we encountered another family who had waited over an hour for the shuttle to the hotel. I made another phone call after 30 minutes. I was told that I must be at the wrong gate becuase the shuttle keeps coming back with people. I explained that I was standing beside the big red pole with the number 8 on it, how many door eights were there? I told her that we were with another family who had been there for almost one hour and 45 minutes waiting. We saw numerous other hotel chains coming and going. Soon we were joined by another couple, which now makes our group 10. 2 more phone calls were placed to the 4 Points Sheraton with the same results. Finally, we paid another hotel shuttle to take us to the 4 Points, the driver only had 1 passenger & agreed to take us. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL TO SHUTTLE YOU FROM THE AIRPORT. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE AND AFTER A LONG DAY OF TRAVELING, NOT SOMETHING ANYBODY SHOULD HAVE TO PUT UP WITH! We were also told that we could seek alternate transportation at our own cost!! Read more

Upon returning to our home airport, we waited quite a long time for the hotel shuttle, along with 7 other people, including 3 children. That family had been waiting for an hour and a half. We finally were able to convince another shuttle service to drive all 9 of us to the Four Points to pick up our cars. The hotel staff was nice, but the hotel was filthy. Carpets stained and dirty, and there was even a dirty washcloth in my bathroom! The heater in the room was set to a/c (in the middle of winter), and I quickly understood why. Set on the lowest setting, the unit was so powerful that the room quickly became too hot. Overall it was a decent experience. The price was fair and it was an added bonus that they accepted pets. However, the first thing I noticed was the comforter on our bed was not clean. This hotel used white comforters, something they should probably reconsider if they aren't going to put a clean one on after each guest. It looked as though there was […] dog hair on it from prior guests. Also, the carpet in the room wasn't well vacuumed as I collected dirt and debris on my socks shortly after checking into our room. When we checked into the hotel, the parking lot was at capacity and therefore parking was extremely hard to find, especially due to the snow and several spots which were used to hold the plowed snow. For the size of the hotel, the parking lot doesn't match the hotels capacity. We had a difficult time finding parking both days we were there. The breakfast buffet was decent and the waitstaff was prompt and courteous. However, unless you get a free breakfast pass, I wouldn't spend the $10.95 they charge for the buffet. The buffet was nothing more than a continental breakfast that served french toast and eggs. The hotel is fine for a night or so but if you're in town on vacation, spend a little bit more and stay at a nicer place. It's a quiet, safe hotel but I don't think this hotel is up to the standard of other Four-Points I've stayed at. Read more

The hotel staff was horrible. I stood at the front desk for 8 minutes listening to the lady complain about another employee before coming out to greet me. Then she forgot to give me instructions about the included breakfast the next morning. The elevator on the right was broken. Hotel location was hard to find. Room was spacious; however, the bathtub was clogged. Had to call maintenance to come fix it. Only two sets of towels were found in a room for four. was a good convenient place to stay after a long day stuck at the airport. It is an older building, with signs of wear and tear. The floor I was on had a couple of large trash bags in the hallway, not a typical sight at a hotel. food was good in bar. Served my need quite well.

However, tThe staff on duty when I came were talking on phone to other people and to each other while checking me in, pausing only to ask my name and then hand me my door cards. Without looking in the computer they responded there was nothing they could do. I explained it would be impossible to get sleep with the noise and rowdiness (I had just finished driving 9 hours and had to drive another 7 in the morning).
