We very much enjoyed our stay where we had some of our grand-children with us all week and had a large family dinner one night. The staff were great in helping with the family dinner and the hotel accommodations were quite nice.

Overall I cannot give 5 due to several reasons: 1. When we arrived toilet handle was broken, didn't give much significance since maids are probably not checking toilet handles. Next day our room was cleaned but they forgot to give us toilet paper, again not a big deal. However, swimming pool was bad, smelled like urine and some white stuff was floating […] around. Booked this hotel thinking that have a suite instead of a standard hotel room wood be a nice change. Upon entering the room we found used Kleenex under the table and on the floor in the bathroom. Hotel is dated, but OK for a one night stay. Needs a overhaul To keep up with Embassy Suites brand. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Breakfast was average at best. Cook with zero people skills and a manager/owner Hovering over the area for some reason.

Our heat would not come on so had to have a maintenance man come to fix.. but it was fixed and all was taken care of. Very friendly and very efficient hotel staff. Made you feel welcome from the time we checked in to time we left. Got a phone call 5 min. after we were in our room to see if everything was in order and was pleasing to us! Wow! Management was prompt on requests. We needed a roll away and more towels. They were in our room before we were. The heater didnt work in the room. Let management know when we went to the pool. Was working when we returned. Only issue was the bedroom tv would only then on and off. Nothing else worked with the remote, or buttons on the tv.

The access right off the interstate was great, very nice hotel, quality free breakfast and maid service very good. Stayed two nights, on the second evening came back after a KC Royals game, walked in our room and the odor was really bad, it smelled like someone was cooking sauerkraut. Called housekeeping, they came up and sprayed the room but we could […] not run the aircondtioning because the smell was coming in thru the duct work. They tried to solve the problem but to no sucess. Front desk at checkout never inquired about how our stay was, little disappointing. It was near 100 each day we were there so looking forward to having the air on when we returned from the game was a big disappointment. With no air running because of the smell the room as a little staginate in the morning when we woke up. Overall it was a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful! The only complaint Ia that the room was not very clean. Half empty pop cans/bottles in the fridge, stuff on the carpet, stuff in some drawers and hair in tub. The drain was clogged causing the tub to be half full while showering :( yuck!

My wife and 1 1/2 year old son stayed here for two nights and we absolutely loved it. We had a king suite and we loved the fact that the bedroom was separate from the living room so our son could take a nap without us bothering him. The free breakfast in the mornings was also great! you could order an omelet and there were many other things too; bacon, […] sausage, biscuits and gravy, cottage cheese, milk, chocolate milk, coffee, orange juice, coke products, muffins, etc.... On Saturday night they also had a complimentary happy hour from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. That's right, free drinks! There was bud light and one other beer on tap and some mix drinks and a few choices of wine. The choices were somewhat limited, but considering it was free, I was very happy. There is also a Wal-Mart and restaurants within 5-10 minutes of the hotel so you don't have to go far if you do not want to eat at the hotel or if you forgot to bring something with you. If I had to say one thing negative about the room, it would be that the microwave was in a place low enough to the ground that our son could reach the buttons, which he loved. We stayed at this hotel over Saturday night. There was a wedding at the hotel, and there was very minimal parking. The room was dirty, and the HVAC did not cool the bedroom. The vent fan in the bathroom was broken and half of the outlets didn't work. I complained to management but I still have not heard a response.

The manager's special on drinks was nice and so was the manager's breakfast. They have made to order omelets and other breakfast food. The suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was pretty and I love the water falls in the main lobby.

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentines Day. We got our room for a deal on Expedia, the room I had was the "King Suite Delux" and it was beautiful. However, the deal I paid for was for a room with an infinity tub in the bathroom(it was just a large bathtub with a nice counter surrounding it) but when I got to my room it had just a small, slippery, […] standard bathtub that ended up being smaller than the one I have at home. The room, as I said, was amazing though! It passed our expectations by far, it had a living room, dining room, wet bar, 2 Vanity areas so we weren't squishing into each other to get ready lol. Although, I googled the reviews before I stayed and was skeptical because they did speak about a bunch of children always running around. I should have taken their advice, next time I will stay at the other Embassy(about 15 mins away). If you leave your hotel room then you're going to hear nothing but screaming pitter patter from these unsupervised, rude, wet little gremlins. I came for a romantic, grown up vacation and to visit some friends in an adult setting, NOT have children running around all wet and screaming at the top of their lungs... If I wanted that, I'd of stayed at the Holiday Inn. The staff is unhelpful and rude there, when you ask questions they just kind of ignore you, or half answer you. Close to the airport, shopping and great restaurants. Lots of families here but hotel is well insulated and rooms are very quiet. Breakfast buffet was more than prepaid boxed items and included made to order omelettes. Will stay here again.
