We really enjoyed our stay at the Windsor Leme Hotel. We received a room as soon as we arrived, well ahead of the normal check-in. They allowed us to extend our check out time as well. We had two rooms. One had freshly updated tile in the bathroom, the other did not. There was dust noticeable on the table in the updated room. Otherwise, we felt the rooms were very clean. We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Hotel just across from the beach, so a nice location. We had a room at the back and could see the Christ statue in the distance from our room. Great location. For business travelers it is still beachfront property, nice hotel, Leme is right next to Copacabana and when you need to go the business center it is closer than most alternatives. Hotel is well kept and staff is helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great restaurant options nearby.

The hotel is located at the end of Copacabana beach in less crowded area. The aircondiditon in my room was not working properly and produced unpleasant moisture odor. I asked the front desk to check it and was advised to change the room. Unfortunately, they gave me less expensive room without bath tab and carpet. I requested them at least to move me […] to a simiar room. So I made moves twice. Usually, hotels upgrade the room or at least put you in the same room for the disconfort. Not this hotel. I found most staff friendly and helpful, but not the front desk manager who makes the decisions regarding late check-out, change rooms etc; I found him a bit too arrogant and slow. Read more

Our check in experience was really done quickly, Our room had a wonderful view of the Beach. It was very clean at check in and it was very clean every day of our three day visit. We were given clean towels every day and umbrellas for the beach. All of the employees were always polite and went out of their way to help us in every way possible. Buffet […] breakfast was always prepared well with many selections of fruits, breads, meats, eggs, waffles, pancakes, juices, hot beverages, potatoes, milk, etc. We also had lunches, dinners,and snacks from their restaurant which were always well prepared and reasonably priced compared to most other Rio restaurants. Beautifully situated across from Copacabana beach. The rooms were fairly large and the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was a cross between European and American. Most adequate. Nice,comfortable hotel. Overpriced, but probably not for Rio de J. Wonderfully pleasant and helpful staff. No free Internet---absurd in this day and age. Cheap of hotels to try to nickel and dime. There is an internet cafe 1/2 block away----20minutes for about 75 cents.

We arrived early in the morning an expected there might be issues checking in, but we were greeted by a very rude man who explained that there were no rooms available and even if there were we would have to pay for an additional night's stay. We left and came back a few hours later to find someone slightly nicer but who also said any check-in before […] 1pm would require a fee. The building was being remodeled on the facade (only) which meant very loud noises and a huge ugly tarp over the hotel. This hotel is well located and offers most of the required amenities. The room was large, comfortable (two double beds) and clean. The staff were friendly albeit not very accommodating with an earlier check in. We asked for a 1300 hrs check in but the room wasn't ready until 1500 hrs. One thing people should know travelling to Brazil is to bring your own wash cloths. This hotel doesn't have them in room. The english speaking staff were very helpful and it's proximity to the beach made the hotel a great experience. The breakfast buffet was very good but the seating was scarce so get there early to get a good seat.

Leme ligger efter Copacabana, lite lugnare och kanske billigare. Men med tillgång till samma strand. Vi fick ett bra pris i jämförelse med listpriset och riktig bra service. Restaurangen serverar bra mat till bra priser.
