Aqua Park is really nice and we enjoyed time there. It is less than 5 minutes by shuttle bus, which passing every 15 minutes. Beach is 10 minutes walking away from the hotel. It is small private beach with limited places and you have to be there before 09:00 morning to guarantee place on the beach. However, Sea and Sun are fantastic. Food was tasty but limited choices. Staff were friendly and let you feel at home. Overall, It was nice holiday with family for 3 nights and we are planning to go back soon.

Good value for money, ample space. If you want internet, do not beleive you will have it in your room, unless you are in 1st floor. The corner room 102 at the pool can avail you partly with internet, but there is a neighbour house with a lot of noise from playing children up to late evenings. Advised to draw a map with all details, taxi drivers have a severe problem to find the place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Access to Aquamarine Blue hotel will take you 10 minutes + by taxi (or free shuttle bus) - and you pay 5 EUR for the access. It is definately worth it......

the check in was pretty smooth. The room was great, spacious and really clean.. at 7 we went down to dinner which was fine and in general the buffet items changes everyday for dinner. Breakfast was okay too. The best thing about the hotel is how it's located somehow far from the busy city center. It's the perfect place for a relaxation holiday.it's more of a resort where there is a supermarket, a hairdresser, pub, theater, bar etc etc all in the same place. The only defect was the sea.The beach is followed by corals then comes the sea water where you need to walk on a jetty in the water to be able to reach the swimming area. As for the pool, it was the best part of the holiday :) I'd recommend it for anyone who wants some relaxation n chill time

The hotel staff is its biggest asset. They are wonderful, friendly & very helpful. They were doing their best at all times to please me & they were fully flexible. Especially the restaurant and pool bar staff were excellent at service and extremely friendly and funny. They welcome the children very well too. The hotel needs a bit of renovation. The common areas were kept […] very well clean but the room could´ve been a bit cleaner because the rug in it was a bit dirty. The rooms were comfortable, although there was some mould in the bathroom, which however is not very uncommon in many countries. The hotel is located a bit far from the heart of the city but the location is excellent for watersports. Shopping area at Sheraton street is about 10 min drive away. The Hilton Plaza is located a bit outside of Hurghada with its own (small) pvt beach(EGP 60 from airport by taxi).Interior well maintained,but a bit on the "80ies" side..Staff superfriendly and helpful.Buffet in main restaurant excellent.Good conditions for surfing and diving. 5 stars in Egypt, probably 3 to 4 in european terms.

We needed to get away from it and this ticked all the boxes. For those that say its run down what they mean is slightly dated (endearing though) it still has all the things you want, good beach, nice pool area, brilliant staff. Not much in the local area, but we didn't want or need that - all in all - really good.

В целом отношение персонала доброжелательное. Отрицательные моменты: -обшарпанный номер /326/особенно санузел, разболтанные краны, отсутствие халатов, бритвенных принадлежностей, […] изношенная мебель, следы неаккуратно проведенного косметического ремонта; - питание: ассортимент большой, но мало фруктов, повар, запекающий рыбу, выдает дешевые ее сорта за тунца, качество чая и кофе в Coral cafe /основное место питания/ отвратительное. - персонал: сложилось впечатление, что обслуживающие люди не обучены и понятия не имеют о манерах обращения с гостями пятизвездочного отеля, постоянное панибратство, обращение "Эй, друг", "Братуха, как дела", суют руку здороваться, пытаются шутить не понимая значения русских слов. При обслуживании в баре на пляже, предпочтение оказывается людям из арабских стран, а также обслуживающему персоналу самой гостиницы, остальные, стоящие в очереди игнорируется.
