I chose this room for a bus driver we had on a trip to DC. I was embarrassed because he said the "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke, the room was dirty, and the vending machine stole his money and the hotel staff basically said it was not their problem. The bed was uncomfortable and he had a difficult time checking in. I was looking for a modest, no frills room for a sensible price, but this was definitely not that.

There was only on person behind the desk. She was very rude, and didn't listen or pay attention to the customers needs. Her attitude alone makes you not want to stay at this nice lodge. Housekeeping needs to be upgraded. I stayed only two(2) nights, but they didn't clean the room until the afternoon for my second day.
