My boyfriend, and I just wanted to get out for the night. This hotel was very neat and clean. The breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing. There is a full bar down stairs that also serves starbuck coffee. our over all stay was great.

This hotel was very clean, I loved that. The pool, jacuzzi and everything else seemed very clean. The service, and the bell service was extremely rude. 4 ocassions I tried to talk to the front desk and was not allowed to. Everytime I asked a question, they did not intend to answer it. I even asked for a government discount, and was shotdown as soon as I opened my mouth, not being able to even speak about what I intended to say. The airconditioner sensors are extremely unconfortable. My wife and I were forced to get up at every hour to adjust the air conditioner (literally, at 1 am- 2 am- 3 am- 4 am- 5 am- 6 am). When we called down, the front desk were rude and insisted that the air conditioner was pre set a certain way. it was very warm outside so we had to go outside of the premises to obtain some refreshments. When my wife asked for the gift shop attendant where the hair spray was, it was extremely unconfortable and rude. The lady showed discontent and some attitude problems. Finally, as we made it to the paid breakfast, the service was horrific. We did not get the waiter's attention. This was meant to be a second honeymooon, a getting away from home night and instead, it made us realize maybe it is great being at home. THe quality of the hotel was great, HOWEVER, the service was HORRIFIC. Sincerely, Eric and Mrs. Zuniga

That's right we are very satisfied in this hotel. The staffs are so friendly,front desks,restaurant,housekeeping just everyone are wonderful.And the price is reasonable, except for the breakfast buffet it's a little expensive for a little selection. We stayed at Marriot Cypress the breakfast is much cheaper.

Great place tostay. Hotel is centrally located to all colleges in the area. Hotel is very nice and the beds are awesome. The only negative that we experienced was when the hotel was booked for grqaduation on Friday and there was not enough hot water to take a shower.

I was a little disappointed that this hotel didn't offer continental breakfast or free internet access. The lobby was beautiful and the customer service were excellent though. It was a hassle going from the college back to the hotel, no way to turn into the college, had to drive down the street and make a u turn. But overall I would recommend this hotel.

I left a Item in my room at check out. I called and told them my problem and I was returning to try to find the item. I was meet at the front door by the staff and I was back on my way to the airport.

My shower didn't work, Room service brought me the wrong food. Someone left my sliding glass door open one day, leaving the room unsecure. There were not enough plug-ins for business equipment, however, they do provide free wi-fi. The room was clean by all appearances, but in reaching behind the chest, to find a power strip, it was covered in muck and dirt. Just overall probably the worst hotel stay I've had in a very long time.

The hotel was well maintained and clean. The lobby was a bit cluttered, with the new restaurant. The room was small, but what do you expect from a standard hotel. It did have a very nice work space/desk in it, with a comfortable desk chair. What made this stay stand out was the bed. I had a King size bed. Normally, I dread staying in a hotel due to the usually poor mattresses. At hotels, I normally awake with a sore lower back, but not here. I was refreshed and ready for the day.

I have had more comfortable nights in a hospital room, we would have been better off sleeping in the car. I reserved a room for a family of 4, my husband myself and 2 teenage boys, with 2 double beds, queen and kings were not available. I noted that we may be arriving late since we were coming in from a baseball tournament and didn't know the schedule for the last day. Upon arrival at approximately 10:30 pm we were told our room had been given away and the only available room was 1 king bed with room for 1 roll-away and "someone can sleep on the floor". I was told by the hotel staff that there were no other rooms available and they could send someone right up with the roll-away. We were all uncomfortable all night and none of us really slept.

This hotel met all expectations. Rooms were comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Restaurant was good. If you are a CSUF alumni, there are pictures that remind you of those college years. Staff was courteous and professional.

Our stay was perfect for our needs. It is a great location, the service was excellent. We were surprised at check in....we were the guests of the day, and upgraded to a Suite. The morning buffet wasn't as good as we've had in the past. We found the food to be cold, but once again, the service was excellent.

Out of all the hotels I have been to, this one is the most comfortable. The rooms are very cozy and clean, you can tell that they are very well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much.
