Good midpoint stopover for the cost. Rooms were clean. Loud garbage truck at 3:30am woke us up.

Over all it was a good stay except for the next morning when check out wasn't until 11 am and house keeping kept knocking on the door starting at 9:30 and actually walked in the room at 10:30 before I could answer the door. Other than that it was a great stay.

Stayed here 2 nights for my daughter's graduation from UT. Between the ceremony, meals, and getting her moved out of her apt, quite a few trips back and forth from hotel to campus and worked well. There was hair in the sink and around the counter from a man shaving. It obviously had not been cleaned at all. Also, the cleaning staff walked into the room without knocking before checkout time.

Nice accomodations for the price. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location is conveniently just off I75 and there were many restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, our room was just outside a stairway so there was a bit more noise than desireable. We would ask for a room away from the stairway next time.

Hotel is very nice, but there were two issues: 1. Thermostat for the heater was not working in the rooms our group stayed. Even at the lowest setting, it would warm up the room too much. 2. Housekeeper was lazy and placed the same floor mat in the bathroom for two days. I was able to recognize it by a marking that was accidentally made on the mat […] the first day. The place looked new and updated... but it smelled old and stale. We had a non smoking room but it smelled like someone had smoked in there very recently. We were very disappointed with the quality of the Quality Inn. With so many other options in the same area we won't be staying here again.

The hotel is a dump. There were a stack of toilets next to the front door. There were people sitting all around the building at tables getting drunk and yelling all night. The room was too small and cramped. The smoke alarm was hanging by the wires. The foot rest with the chair was all stained. There was dust stacked up on the head boards of the beds.

The rooms were small, but fairly clean. Enjoyed the use of the pool, but did not like the fact that dogs WERE allowed to be in the pool area. The continental breakfast was good, but they ran out of food very quickly and took forever for them to replenish.

It was not the best Choice Hotel Chain I have been in...Looked like they took an old run down motel and made it into a nicer place, so they only had but so much to work with. The attempt was made to make my stay comfortable-extra pillows. I was awakened just as I had fallen asleep by conversing businessmen at the elevator outside my room-it sounded like they had microphones. I had to get up and ask them to quiet down. When we checked in we found dirty towels, washcloths, change on cabinets, and room was hot. We called the desk and they came promptly but my problem was that it was rented to me as a newly cleaned room. Also if you walked in the floor your feet would be black from the carpet. Beds were comfortable and clean. The location is great, plenty of restaurants nearby for a quick dinner out or to bring back to the room. Breakfast is your typical hotel lobby breakfast - yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, waffles, bagels, etc.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the pool was great. Their morning breakfast had scrambled eggs with the biscuits/ gravy and hot waffles. The hotel, itself, was great since we are visiting our son and family. HOWEVER, someone rummaged through my suitcase - came in very late after being with my son and family all day - found one of my silver necklaces […] on the floor, under the table where I had my suitcase. I don't know why I didn't investigate further, but after leaving & unpacking in Gatlinburg the next day, my silk bag carrying my gold w/ pearl necklace was missing.
