Excellent value, restaurant in the hotel and free coffee in the reception area.

Great room for the money. 24 hour shuttle to O'Hare is great for those early morning flights. Have stayed here twice to be at airport by 0430.

I did enjoy the lounge on the first floor.

Affordable price, room was clean, and everything worked fine. No complaints. I liked that they had a bar / restaurant and free breakfast, though I didn't have a chance to take advantage of it.

Ok so I didn't realize that 20 miles from downtown (where my college visit was) was equal to an hour and a half drive!! That was my bad tho. The hotel itself is fantastic for the money! Right in front of a bus stop and only 10 minutes from the Rosemont flea market (woot!). We never did get to see the pool but the room was nice. The bathroom was on the smaller side (I am a bigger woman) but besides that, I had no complaints! If you need a hotel next to the Ohare this is the place to be!

Awesome Value for the Money. Very affordable and lacks nothing in quality. Very helpful staff. Rooms were way above quality for the price. Will definitely stay there again when in Chicago area. Very comfortable beds and very well maintained rooms. Full-free breakfast-eggs, bacon, sausage links, waffles, etc.

The hotel is a bit old, but it was very clean and had excellent service and good complimentary breakfast.

Rooms were very nice and very comfortable, a lot better than expected for the price. You dont have to pay for parking, and they have a free shuttle to the airport. Full breakfast in the morning, eggs, hash browns, bagels, donuts, waffles, etc. Service was great, no problems. The surrounding area doesn't look that great, but doesn't seem too dangerous. Its in more of a commercial area, so i don't think there are any problems with that.

Great hotel, but wish the fact that they had an airport shuttle was advertised on their write up.

I was not impressed about the service of the hotel staff. He had a difficult time finding my reservation and I did not receive the King Size bed that I paid to reserve. He was not helpful at all. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. A hotel is supposed to make you feel like you are home away from home, but it was the furthest thing from it. The continental breakfast area was not cleared of dishes so that new guests could be seated, in the already scarce seating area. The only good thing about this hotel was the location and the free shuttle provided!

I have stayed here more than once and the experience was great both times. The staff is inviting and answered all my questions and requests.

Location was great and the breakfast buffet was excellent! Nice place for the money. I would stay there again.

I paid 54$ for one king no smoking. The room was very good compared with the price!! I definitely suggest this hotel!!

I was pretty scared when reading others comments about this hotel when we booked our stay. We needed a place to sleep for the night during a rain/ice event when we were sending our daughter back to college. The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the free breakfast wasn't the best but it was free. It isn't the Hilton but it was great for the price. The staff gave good directions to the airport (could have used the shuttle it was leaving about the time we did) which is a very convenient distance. There were many places to eat a short ride away. These are in the hotel book in the room or fliers by the front desk. The room was clean, comfortable, the TV had a lot of channels, and the towels seemed new. We pick up and drop off our daughter and others at O'Hare often and next time it is early, late, or a storm we will be staying there again.

Our daughter was flying alone on Christmas Eve and needed to stay overnight in Chicago. We chose this hotel because they offered 24 hour shuttle service from the airport. However, she waited more than two hours and called six times and the shuttle never came. Finally, she had to bribe another shuttle driver to take her there but had to walk a block and a half at night by herself to get to the hotel!! This was inexcusable! We will NEVER use this hotel again. Do not count on their shuttle service.

You could not do better for the money at this hotel. We stayed at much more expensive hotels on our other visits but found this one was actually beter than all the others. The restaurant offered a full hot breakfast including waffles and also provided nice evening entertainment. They also have the best pizza in the area. We'll probably stay there on our next visits to the area.

Hotel is very close to the Miami Airport. It is clean, well maintained, and free breakfast was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Shuttle to airport was on easy. It is a good value for a nice room near the airport for a reasonable price. Oh, wireless internet in the rooms at no extra charge.

We checked in after midnight and the bar was jumping! I was a little leary after reading some of the reviews, but everything was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast, too.

The front desk was unattended when we were looking for the agent to ask a question. We called the front desk from our room to request personal amenities (we forgot) and no one ever returned the call. We paid in advance for 2 nights and after the first night, the front desk calls us to announce "check-out time" on the second day in the morning (which I thought was very callous and unprofessional).

This hotel was in such poor disrepair we checked out within only a few minutes of dragging all our luggage in. It was filthy, dark and looked like it hadn't been updated since the 60's. The carpet was so dirty my feet were black on the bottom from taking just a few steps. Also, hotel sits at the vortex of a V shape area and both directions had heavy highway traffic. The walls were so thin I thought I was hearing the music from a passing trucker's radio but it was in the room next door blaring through the walls. This place should not be on Hotels.com list, it is beneath decency. We WALKED half a mile down the road to stay at another place.

If I had been by myself the Quality Inn would have been just fine. However I was traveling with my able yet elderly parents and we were placed on the second floor with no elevator. The luggage was a real problem and there was no one there to even help. They also had a restaurant that served breakfast, but no warning that it closed at 9:00 A.M. and this was on a Sat.

The Hotel had a great location....close to the airport...there was a reastaurant and a bar in the hotel....I didn't really use them...but the thought that I had them in the hotel....was warming me up...:)...and compairing with the hotels around...this is very good.

Felt the hotel shoulld have ADA access to second floor rooms. Only access is by stairs.

stayed 1 night. was convenient because it was close to airport. bartenders did a good job, breakfast was not to great but overall we were satisfied.. room was comfortable

I'm from Arizona where there is no smoking permitted anywhere. Even in hotels. I did notice there was a slight smell of smoke in the hallway leading to the rooms. I booked a non-smoking room and for the 1st time ever....there were NO traces of any smoking or smell in the room. I am super satified!!!!!

I stayed in this hotel with my friends with couple of days. The hotel is located near airport and it is easy to find out. The rooms are big and comfortable. It was very clean. They provide complimentary breakfast and it was good. We did not have any issues in the stay. Couple of things they can consider for improvement. The parking area is very much near to the road and that does not seem to be secure (no walls or gates for the hotel). In the bathrooms, there is no exhaust fan.
