Some of the front desk personnel was poorly trained and rude. None of our keys were in working condition. Rates were unstable - people were very vocal about the difference in price from customer to customer. Location was good.

The room was clean and incredibly comfortable. I was enjoying my stay till about 2am when an alarm clock across the hall blared in an empty room. From that point on I heard every slamming door of people leaving the hotel. Thin walls and no noise reducers on outside doors makes for a long night.

The room was OK, but I was not impressed with the service. It took us 45 minutes to check in and then they ended up charging us twice for our room. The bed was really nice though.

Hotel was clean, staff very friendly. I came out of my room a little while later and the smell of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies filled the air. I thought that was a nice touch. The staff had brought some right out of the oven and placed them on front desk. It's not an overly large hotel, pretty quaint.

I went on here and read the reviews that were positive and decided to stay here. By far the worst hotel stay ever, my card was charged two seperate times in addition to my reservation. Well, we didn't actually stay the night. After the clerk having much difficulty checking us in...we found the side door to building was broken open which made us nervous and then we were unable to get into our room with key cards due to the lock malfunctioning. We had a really uncertain feeling, checked out with even more difficulty cancelling room […] at front desk and chose another hotel to stay at for the night. Still waiting on refund 9 days later. We checked in at 9pm and when we used our key to open the door to our room there were people already in the room in a most embarrassing situation!! Especially as we had our young daugter with us. We got a lame apology when we went back to get a new key/room. The room was comfortable and clean

Overall, the hotel was a good place to stay. However, I went to the front desk to let them know that the back security door (where my room was) was not closing. This bothered me as anyone could walk in at any time. The evening desk lady stated that she would have maintenance check it out. Staff was wonderful. Went far and above any other hotel in which I have stayed. BUT the room was very small with an even smaller bathroom and there was no elevator to get to the second floor and a whole lot of steps. Very clean though. They did change me to the first floor upon request.

this was our second stay and have been very happy. it is very quiet even though close to the interstate. staff is very friendly and helpful. rooms are great, the bed wasn't quiet as comfy as the first visit. will stay there again for sure.

Located just off of I-90. Very little road noise. Staff here are friendly. Clean, spacious rooms. What I had really liked is that there was no bathtub, but a very nice walk in shower that isn't cramped. Have driven by some of the other hotels, and glad that I had chosen this one. The continental breakfast is typical. Will probably stay here again.

Room was fine and clean. Breakfast was bad. We got there early so things were just getting going but I tried to make a waffle and the dispenser did not work. Coffee tasted bad. Donuts were hard. We gave up and ate somewhere else.

Clean, easy to access from the highway, but we didn't notice any road noise. Staff helpfully answered our questions about our tricky parking situation, and check-out was quick and easy. Exactly what we wanted from a hotel. We would gladly stay there again when passing through.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly, but the quality of our stay was substandard. One member of our party changed rooms 3 times due to mechanical problems and our room was right next to the kitchen. We were awaken before 5 in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was just ok. The comforters on the beds defnitely need to be replaced. A very loud 15-30 second noise would accompany each toliet flush . . . very annoying when using the toilet in the middle of the night. Oh yeah, you could also hear this same noise when other adjoining rooms flushed their toilets. Mold was obviously noticeable along the […] base of the shower glass door frame and the shower on/off was not very efficient. I had to tug the off lever several times before getting the dripping water to completely shut off. I accidentally removed the sinck stopper and found it loaded with muck, dirt, and guck. Yuke! Really nasty. My stay was for 12 days and thus I end up having to use the washer and dryer. Hotel was not able to accomodate me with the required coins (change). Had to go out to get change and ask another worker to purchase clothes detergent from another hotel (Residence Inn) who sold the detergent in small quantities for $1.00. Instead of having to purchase detergent for 30 loads at $5-$6. I also end up having to use the in-house computer which was way outdated and most of the lettering on the key srikes had faded. Definitely would not recommend this hotel if you are in the Billings, Montana area. Read more

Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and great for a 1 or 2 night stay. It is close to some fast food places and 5-10 minute drive you at all the major shopping or eating places. Breakfast was simple yet good, including waffles.
