This is not a hotel. This is housing for abused woman and children, people on public assistance and people just released from incarceration. People loitered around front of hotel smoking. As I waited people had to sign in and out, get their key. With doubts I waited and got my key as my friend waited by the car. There are signs posted for children to […] keep quiet and a place in the lobby where children wait for school bus. I asked if we could have a room away from families where it might be quiet. On the check-in desk there were multiple envelopes with Community Housing and Developement on the return portion. We went to the room and doors on either side were open with several people inside. The room was filthy, the old comforter and two small pillows on each bed measured no more than a square foot. The furniture And chairs had never been cleaned. Bathroom smelled. We left because we didn't feel safe and returned to front desk. They didn't care. The pool was empty and the place was so badly run down. In the parking garage are many signs about warning you of potential damage and theft. This place is misrepresented on Hotels.com and on the hotels website. Read more

Although the location is good, the rest of the hotel amenities really dragged down this hotel for me. We booked this hotel based on basically two things: the indoor pool/fitness center and the hot breakfast. We arrived and found that the fitness center was actually just 2 semi-deflated exercise balls and that the pool was closed indefinitely. The breakfast […] was bread, cold cereal and coffee only. The comforters and floors and some surfaces in the room were kind of gross, but the bed itself was firm and comfortable and seemed clean enough. This hotel currently serves as a transitional residence for displaced or homeless families, which is totally fine, but I think the hotel is scaling back on its 'guest services' as a result which is kind of sad. This is the 2nd worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room wass not clean, food crumbs on the floor. we specifically asked for 2 dbl beds AND a cot and had to fight to get the cot, then had to get them to bring anothr because th original one was broke. We explained that my son wouldn't be getting in until late and asked if they ould please give him […] a key when he arrived, first they said no and to wait up for him, but after arguing they said they would give him a key when he arrived if he just gave them. The rom # we were in. When he did arrive they said they couldn't give him a key because I didn't leave mine for him and he had to knock on the door until we answered. I am not at all satisfied with this hotel because the room was very very hot even t hough the room temparature is set to 60 and I am not able to sleep but the staff is good. If you want the room in very cheap rate then go for this but if you want good comfort and good sleep then I don't recommend this hotel.

The check in process is way to long. The place is very dated and the common areas need to be cleaned more often. The room was very clean and the mattress was better than I expected. Ok...well I think the owners and their whole family live in the hotel. We got a smoking room...we did not want a smoking room. Thankfully I carried some deodorizer in my bag for such instances. The bed were spring loaded...most uncomfortable hotel night stay ever. Behind the beds headboard about half an inch of dust. On the walls someone had spilled […] something...a while ago...and that was still on the walls, actually in multiple spots. The chair in the room was so dirty it looked like it may have been roadside at one point. The people living in the room next to us were not neighborly AT ALL...the woman was yelling at her children when we checked in at 4pm and again at 6:30 in the morning..."are you coming to breakfast or going back to sleep" I would like to stay asleep LADY. The pool was very clean. The hours on the pool were until 9pm...we got back to the hotel a little to late to go in...but that didn't stop the "family" members. The children were in the pool at 9:30pm and being told to remain quiet by the adults in the group. The breakfast was better than most "free" breakfasts...but the seating was horrible. The carpet in the breakfast area was stained so bad it looked like only replacement flooring would be an improvement. All in all on a scale from one to ten....I give it a 3...that's for the woman at the desk..nice smile and the breakfast. The owners really need to invest in the decor and comfort of the hotel. Horrible! When we checked in I asked what hours the bar/lounge was open and was told it was closed because they had no bartender. We never received our asked-for 0600 wake-up call and when I asked why, the desk clerk just shrugged. When we went for breakfast, there were only pastry dishes, no forks and no bacon. But after I walked into reception area, I had to wait while the clerk spent 10 minutes on the phone complaining to a pizza joint about bad service it had provided him. Yes, HE was complaining about bad service. Other than glancing at me, he did nothing to acknowledge my presence. No "be […] right with you" or "just one minute" or a simple apology after he did get around to checking me in. The place looked decent enough so I stuck it out. The beds are worn out as if they came from someplace that previously thru them out. Cell phones hardly work in the rooms. The place smells like old, bad cooking (indian style). Heat and air conditioning is unreliable. The shuttle took close to 30 min to arrive. This poor hotel needs an upgrade, paint peeling in the bathroom, water very rough on the skin.ONE computer and I believe they have family's living in the hotel and they were using the only computer.
