Dont go unless you want to be charged a $150 incidental fee that is NOT posted anywhere. We didn't know that we had been charged that until we looked at our online banking statement to check our account. Well we ended up having to have money wired to us because thanks to them our bank locked our debit card. We will NOT be back.

Great place to stay was here for funeral staff was nice and great breakfast ,the only thing I think they could change is the signage we missed the hotel twice ,it sets back off road and we could not see it! Great comfortable room !!!

Excellent stay close to the freeway and not so good restaurants but overall one of the better Ramada's that I have stayed at during the past 6 months of travel on the road .

1st room I entered was either occupied or never cleaned to my surprise which was resolved. Hotel is renovating and room is dsted but clean. What is not mentioned is the $ 150.00 hold on your CC on top of your payment which will be returned in 3-5 Business day. Thats a bit much if you ask me.

wished I hadn't of stayed. i will read more reviews before selecting a room. suppose to be a non smoking room it was not. The room was damp, carpet was dirty, they ran out of towels and when I called the front desk they said it would be several hours before they would have some.

No elevator for second floor, Staff was friendly but the hotel is in need of remodeling, older hotel with convention center but they ran out food at breakfast before everyone had any, no juice or fresh fruit. Rooms smelled of old smoke had to get that smell out once someone has smoked in the room.

The bathroom rack was laying on the floor with screws sticking out of it, luckily our toddler didn't get hurt. The pool wasn't in service when we got there, wasn't open until a day later. Noticed the fire detector was covered and taped up with plastic, thank goodness nothing happened. The dirty towels were never picked up. The positive was the woman that did the breakfast area, she was very nice and courteous to us the whole time.

Overall comfortable beds. Bathroom OK, needs to be updated. First breakfast no milk or juice. Kind of hard to eat any cereal. Second day the milk did come. For the price was worth it. The fitness room restroom was not cleaned for a long time, I mentioned it but was still terrible the next day.

Great location. While staying there we visited Tybee, River ST and Hilton Head. Hotel has been upgraded and it very nice, especially for the price. Can't beat that!! Very clean and quiet. Will stay again!

Was told at our arrival that the room was given to another. Several other guest having same problem finally after complaining they found one room and gave to us. The room was not serviced prior to our arrival. NOT even soap in bathroom. The door would not lock. Upon calling front desk told it was all they had and to just put chain on door and we would be ok? Around 2:00am we were awaken by someone opening our door (however the chain did keep them from coming on it). I know this motel was very inexpensive and was only for one night, but this was not acceptable.

Everything was as expected at the hotel except the staff. The front desk lady at check in was very slow and not the most friendly. The maid was pounding on our door three hours before check out time even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. To top it all off they turned off our card key an hour before check out while we were packing our car. Had to go to the front desk to have it turned back on so we could get the rest of our belonging. Once again the front desk staff were quite rude about the whole thing. So overall the hotel and the cleanliness were fine, but the staff could use some training on how to treat there customers.

When I went to the room the door leading to the hallway was open,the one you need a room key to get in. Next I got to the room with the room key it wouldn't open and not just once but 3 times I had to do this to be able to get into a room. By the way the rooms the front office gave me was like two football fields away and I walked all three times,not fun at all .

While the hotel staff was pleasant, the accommodation was disappointing. The door was broken and wouldn't accept key cards, so I had to walk around, or prop it open to get into the building. There wasn't an elevator to the 2nd floor, and the lamps were unplugged when I arrived. I had reserved a king size bed, and they didn't have any available when I arrived. There is construction going on and so outside there was a huge mound of old furniture and mattresses just taking up spots in the parking lot. No one even mentioned that work was happening or apologized for the appearance. It was weird. That would have been enough to make me satisfied with that. but it just seemed overpriced and under-equipped. I wouldn't recommend it until it's been finished renovation, or to anyone that is handicapped.

We assume they are in the middle of a renovation, because when we got there all the side and back entrance to the hotel were piled up with old mattresses, chairs, tables, tv's and junk. The room was clean, but I didn't feel comfortable walking without my flipflops. The AC didn't work as that good, and it made a lot of noise. I found an old, printed paper taped on one of the pool doors that said: the pool is not working, but feel free to lounge. ?????? And then I saw people using the pool. You can see stains, ripped carpet, doors that don't work, and a musty smell. If you can stay in your car with the AC on in a patrolled resting area, please, do it.

We had the misfortune of staying here on the way south and booked it for our return trip, but after the horrible stay we had ,we cancelled the return trip, can;t imagine anyone would possible stay there a second time. Maybe Expedia should care enough to check some of these places out, and they should stay the night. Bet they won't be happy, unless they have very, very low standards.

This use to a Quality Inn and now the Ramada Inn.A lot of renovations going on.The microwave and phone didn't work but really wouldn't have used them anyway.Flooring in room was dirty.Curtain had a big orange stain on it.On a good note the beds were comfortable.The hotel was a short drive to Savannah.
