The perfect place to unwind from everyday life. The rooms were very clean. Even housekeeping left us a thank you note. The pool and hot tub area are as clean as if they were new and never used. We were very impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel can be self-sufficient. With the food and services, you don't ever have to leave the hotel if you didn't want to. Location couldn't be any better. So close to all the intersting places in the area. We will definately stay again and again. Thank you Best Western.

About a twelve minute taxi ride to the airport. Clean room was small, older linens, toilet paper holder needed to be repaired. Breakfast drinks were disappointing. Reasonable for the price. Hotel was not secure during the night. Open door for public to come into hotel hallway. Second entrance door was left open all night, propped open by rock.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. TheH ot Tub is still not working I had asked before going there adn was told it would be working. Same thing they told me last sumer. I will not stay again. Had a hard time getting the front desk. Actually had to walk down to the lobby to get them to answer the phone. Cook Room 261 and 261.

I was here for 1 day for an interview so wasn't looking to spend too much money and didn't know what to expect for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. Especially the shower seemed newly renovated and was very clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. I had no complaints with the room or the staff.

The room was spacious and fairly clean. The TV was old and outdated but it wasn't a big deal. However, I found that the beds were really uncomfortable and I woke up with a sore back. Did not check out the pool and slept through the breakfast hours.

The maximum volume of my TV set was set so low, I could not hear many channels. When I complained to the desk clerk, she tried to BS me into thinking I didn't know what I was talking about. I've stayed in motels all over the US and Canada, and knew EXACTLY what I was talking about. She tried later to blame it on the fact that there were new owners, […] and the maintenance man didn't know where the instrument was to set the maximum volume, then later told me it was set that way because there wasn't enough insulation in the walls. Hotel is a little off the mainstream, but there are resturants and shopping close by. Room was in good condition clean and comfortable. You can't beat the price. I only wish is that Red Roof would offer breakfast, but I guess that is how they keep the price low. Not a problem in this location McDonalds and Burger King within walking distance

First of all, the attendant was on the phone and wouldn't put it down while she registered us. We were registered for a non-smoking room, but we were given a smoking room and had to go to the front desk and get that changed. There was no soap so had to go again to the front desk for that. Hotel was nice. Clean room. Main problem with room was that the phone did not work nor did the outlet close to the bed. We did have a handicap accessible room--bathroom stool only. Bathroom was large enough for walker. Breakfast the next morning was adequate--waffles, danish, muffins, juice, etc. Also newly paved parking lot.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel (I wish the hot tub was working - my only complaint). The workers were friendly, the room was clean and in good shape. I would go there again (and probably will). Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at this inn. Comfort, quiet and nice breakfast. Was close enough to Frankenmuth without paying high prices. Will consider it again if the need arises.

Other then the carpet feeling sticky, the mattress being uncomfortable, and the hot tub being out of service it wasn't to bad. Oh, and that they must have had a JOHNSON family reunion. I liked the guest room we had. It was bright and airy with a cheery atmosphere. The lobby was nicely decorated. I appreciated the quietness of the facility. I'd stay again without hesitation.

Not impressed. The check in staff wasn't customer friendly. Her demenor was cold. Upon approching the desk, greeting was "we only take cash" no reason as to why cash was the acceptable form of payment. Later, I noticed the brief note offered no details as to what changed this process. Also, noticed should have placed in an immediate at-a-glance location. The first room I went to had a bed that had a 'V' appearance to it. Totally unexceptable so I called to the desk and requesteded another room. The next room was addiquate, However, after taking a shower, I put my wet towel on the made bed and found it had absorbed a brown stain from the comfortor. EEEck. I will never stay in a Sleep in again,

This hotel is nice and clean. I like the walk in shower, but I've been in 3 different rooms and the bathroom doors are broken in every one. Other than that, the pool area is ok but in need of updating.
