The hotel is located at airport and thus gets a lot of stranded passengers. We arrived at 1 a.m. and found that we could not get anything to eat or drink. They said you can order out to some Italian place until 3 a.m. If this is an airport hotel, you're assuming it has many passengers late/early morning. Also, the place was okay, had a room that we did not request and we paid a lot. I just think if you're charging big bucks, you should at least get great service. Otherwise, charge for what you get.

It was also very easy to take the Septa train into downtown Philadelphia. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful!!

To be able to walk through doors from the hotel into the airport is the greatest thing in travel! But one might think being next to the airport means lots of plane noise - No. This was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. I didn't hear anything outside my room. Plus the bed was incredibly comfortable, shower was fantastic, food in restaurant was great, and staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't want to leave.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past so I knew what to expect quality-wise. I love staying at the Airport Marriott. The beds are soooooo comfortable and the room is decorated in soothing colors. It's so close to the Phila Airport and had I known how close it was to the car rentals areas I would have picked up my rental car the next morning and saved a day's rental fee.

This hotel connects to the airport so it made arrival and departure a snap. Plus, the train to downtown Philly departs directly from the hotel...this made it very ease to get downtown and back for next to nothing. I was very impressed with the bed. It was very soft, very much like a feather bed. I've never slept in a hotel bed that comfortable. We relaxed in the bar one evening and it had an awesome/relaxing atmosphere. The drinks were a little more expensive than I would have prefered by a pleasant experience nonetheless. I'd stay here again and I may make a point of it.

When we checked in we told them that we had paid for a stay and breakfast and they said just to go to the restaurant in the morning and charge to the room. Well we did that, and told the restaurant that we had a stay and breakfast and our credit card was charged anyway. I had to call the hotel and get the charge reversed. It would seem that this would be easier and you should get a voucher or something. Other than that, this was our second stay there and it is wonderful to be so close to the airport.
