All rooms includeBrandon is a residential suburb that lies east of downtown. Nearby, blue-ribbon agriculture is on display annually at the Florida State Fairgrounds. South of Brandon in Apollo Beach, manatees flock by a waterside power plant when the water temperature cools. The aquatic mammals are best seen at Tampa Electric’s Manatee Viewing Center, which is also a haven for butterflies and birds.

It was in a different location considering most other Hampton's. The hotel was having some work done on some of the rooms, so there was construction stuff around. The front desk clerk was not to attentive to our needs. We asked they replace a burnt out light in bathroom and it never got done. It was just a sloppy experience that we will not have to endure again. There are many other choices in the immediate area.

There is no excuse for why you did not have your light bulb replaced and I have discussed the issue with our Maintenance Department to ensure we avoid similar problems in the future. Additionally, the construction is scheduled to be completed very soon and we would like to invite you back to try our fresh, new rooms designed with a contemporary combination of color and pattern, the next time your travel plans bring you to Brandon, FL.

Floor we stayed on was being renovated and smelled old and moldy. Did not have to even use our door swipe card as the door just pushed open and could not be locked. Was given another room and all room doors we passed looked like they had been forced open with a crow bar. Vending/ice machines on our floor was off limits due to the rennovations - felt this should have been mentioned at check in. Only other vending/machines was on another floor and smelled like a 50 year old ash tray. Would never stay here again, and recommendations to others would not be favorable.

This hotel was not clean, bed sheets had blood, toilet had ring marks. In addition, they did not have hot water on the day I was checking out - I requested for a discount and they lady at the front desk said it's a maintenance issues. I asked if the block all ran out of hot water and she said not. I think they should had taken better care of their heating system and I feel I should be compensated. Don't stay there and save yourself the skiveness.

Very clean and quiet location. The service was exceptional even for a last minute booking. Would definitely stay there again.
