Great location in Sydney
Hotel was great for transportation as it is about a 10 min walk to Central station, which then takes you anywhere. Room was clean, bathroom was fine, and the wifi was great. The laundry machine was 6 AUD and worked fine - my buddy ran into a dryer that didn't dry well at all at another hotel in Australia. I had a few issues: There isn't an elevator, which I could see being a problem for some folks. We had a room along the road and it was pretty loud at night as cars/trucks sped past. I would advise to see if you can get one of the rooms away from the road if you are a lighter sleeper.

Dirty and noisy
I first arrived at10am after 12hours flight very tired but felt nice about the garden, but then I was told that I could check in only at 11because no room available so I went nearby for a walk then went back at 11:15 and saw some new tourists just finished check in and on their way back to their room But I still was told that I needed to wait. 2. could hear anything that my neighbor said in their bathroom, and anyone walking and talking or passing by the corridor or even downstairs. I was always shocked and woke up because of the noise. Didn't have a single night sleep well. 3. Saturday night,people party downstairs at the garden from 18:00 to 01:00am. They finished at 01:00 because my neighbor finally couldn't stand that and went out to shout to them. no staff had asked them to lower their voice or to leave. 4.cleaningness :couldn't dare to touch the sides or the back of the sofa because it was full of dust, next to the fridge full of dust. room carpet I believe no one want to step on it without slippers. Windows were very dirty everytime I open and close my hands full of thick dusts on. 5. Staffs at reception were very helpful though helped me a lot for tourism information really nice. 6. Housekeeping opened my door incorrectly and then I chased out she said she opened the wrong door 7. the toaster was rusted.. And very dirty.. And water boiler too...
