      Friendly and quick check-in. Small, but nice foyer and lobby. Convenient to Bloomington and Champaign. Complimentary breakfast was a little disappointing due to lacking a protein item. Even hard boiled eggs would have worked. Overall, first time at at Red Roof and found it to be a secure and mostly comfortable property.

    The jacuzzi was out of order, we where there just for some time together as girl friends - disappointed. The 1st room we where given smelled bad, and we could not get the fan blower to stay on, neither could hotel staff. The chair in that room was broken.     The only thing was the hallways and room smelled smokey. The front desk called to see how everything was and when I mentioned it they offered to move us or bring up air freshener. We realize it wasn't their fault but ignorant guests!

    I slept great, the bed was crisp, clean and cozy, especially the down pillows. The room exceeded my expectations. The continental breakfast was adequate , the lobby could use a little sprucing up though. Location is close to everything.

    My husband and I had only a brief stay in Normal to help our daughter move to ISU. We were very impressed with the Comfort Suites and plan to stay there when we visit Normal in the future. The room and the beds were very comfortable and nicely decorated. I hope that we will be able to spend more time at the hotel when we visit the next time.

    For an overnight stay, this hotel was fine. I would recommend requesting a room on the top floor. I heard the guest above me walking around at night several times.

    The hotel was great - very friendly, clean and comfortable. It's near everything you might need/want and I so appreciate a hotel that accepts pets as I have two Chihuahua's that travel everywhere possible!

    Just stayed for one night, but the room was great...clean, well appointed, etc. Bed was the best in all the hotels we stayed in on our 12 state drive. Would definately stay there again. The ONLY downside was, for us, the breakfast. Had some cold boiled eggs, but would have been nice to see some scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage.

    Nice room, etc. It was farther away from our route than I would have liked and will probably choose one closer next time. Also, the clerk was confused when we checked in as she needed some kind of confirmation. I thought this strange as this was not needed at the other hotels we stayed at.
