Blazer Suites Hotel - Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni

I've never stayed in a hotel with nicer staff. They went out of their way to make sure I feel comfortable. I stayed there one night, then left to another city and came back for two more days. I forgot my shampoo, soap and sponge there. They gave me back the first two. Couldn't find the sponge but they brought me a new one. Of their own. Also with the […] WiFi connection that was so-so they went out of their way to make sure I'll be good but going through hoops to connect me on a wired connection, which was fast and nice. Clean, nice. It's far from center, so don't stay there if you want downtown Athens, but it's very-very close to Glyfada which is where the nightlife of Athens, at least some of them, take place. First time I'd stayed here, was a bit afraid of the noise from the busy street outside but windows soundproofed enough. Very nice size rooms, like a one-bed apartment. Breakfast could be a little bit less run-of-the-mill though, wouldn't take much to add a bit of zing to it and make it feel bit more special.

Zeer prettig hotel met ruime suites (kamer,slaapkamer,kitchenette,badkamer)én uitstekende service. Strategisch gelegen tussen voula en glyfada. Strand op 200 meter. Ligt aan drukke weg (posydonos). Maar door tweemaal dubbele beglazing heb je hier weinig last van. Je kan strand en bezoek aan centrum goed combineren.

Perfect hotel for a family. Very kind and serviceminded staff. Good swimming pool. Close to one public and 2 private beaches. Bus 96 from and to the airport stops in front of the hotel (5 eur/p). Tram to Athens takes around 50 minutes (1,4 euro/p). Taxi to/from center between 14 and 25 euro.

Ett litet, trevligt och välskött lägenhetshotell, som ligger bara några meter från hållplatsen där flygbussen stannar. Vi hade ett sovrum för oss vuxna och två sängplatser i vardagsrummet för barnen, båda rummen hade utgång till samma stora balkong. Dessutom fanns ett litet barkök, med kokplatta och mikrovågsugn, samt naturligtvis ett badrum. Lägenheten […] var fräsch och städningen sköttes utmärkt. På hotellet finns en liten pool, som var rejält djup i ena änden, kanske inte så mycket för de allra minsta. Det var riktigt lugnt runt poolen och solstolarna räckte bra, man behövde aldrig ut och "reservera" en stol tidigt på morgonen. Visserligen var det mycket trafik på huvudleden utanför, men vi stördes inte av ljudet annat än när vi satt på balkongen. Det finns gott om stränder i närheten, både privata och gratisalterantiv. Dessutom var det nära att promenera till Glyfada centrum för både fler stränder och gott om butiker och restauranger. Utöver bussar låg det också en hållplats för spårvagnen till Aten några hundra meter från hotellet. Allt som allt en toppenvistelse, vi funderar starkt på att åka tillbaka till Blazer Suites även nästa sommar. Read more

If you want to have a swim for free you have to walk like 10 mins Pool area is in like a garden with lots of trees around, so most of it is in shade from late afternoon Nesessairy equipment for cooking and eating was in the room, but not very much stuff The hotel is situated just by a very busy street (which separates it from the beach... but it is like this for most hotel in this area) The WiFi in my suite it only worked in one of the rooms Breakfast totally OK, but could have been some more to choose from In total I would absolutely recommend this hotel!
