The location was great! Eat @ Torey's if looking for a good sit down meal. Breakfast was very tasty! Hot waffles, egg & sausage biscuits, cereal, oatmeal,... fresh fruit. The kids enjoyed the hot chocolate & cookies! The beds were very comfortable and the TV channel selection was abundant. I prepaid two rooms. Only one was as requested (king.) Our room smelled bad. The gal at the front desk offered to spray some deodorizer, but that was the only response. The lobby floor was the first sign of uncleanliness, but it continued throughout the hotel. The family upstairs jumped around until midnight and the neighboring room turned the tv on […] high volume at 6am making it a short night. The stay at the Inn was just ok. It was annoying to hear everything from your neighbor’s room and the parking lot. It was loud enough that I could hear the neighbor’s whole conversation. I could hear the people above our room walking and their little lap dog barking.

The hotel and room were nice and well maintained. We were in a handicapped room which was awkward because of all the bars along the walls in the bathroom and a shower seat in the bathtub. But, would have been great if either of us were handicapped. Large bathroom and counter area. The bed was comfortable as well.

We arrived in the late evening only to find I was missing the cord for a medical device I need for sleeping. We had three hard days of travel ahead and I dreaded shirking on my share of the driving. The receptionist made suggestions as to where to find one, but when I returned empty-handed, her face broke into a smile as she realized that the hotel […] keeps cords found in guests rooms. Voila! One of them fit! I'll send it back as soon as my new one arrives so that the next person with the same problem has a fix. I returned to my room carrying a tool kit and computer bag and the key did not work. went to the desk and was told by a rude counter help that was what I heard. I ask why I would need to add a night to a room I was in at 19:00 and all she repeated was ¨that was what I heard¨ I changed hotels for the rest of the week....

I love this chain and this location was as good as others I've stayed at. It felt safe for a single woman traveling alone and was comfortable and had everything I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here again if I'm in the area.
