This comfort suites was an excellent stay. For the price I paid I got twice the room I expected. Excellent condition in a great area . I've added it to my "hotels to return to" list. Highly recommend.

This hotel is easy to access off I-270 if you are needing ro stay in north Columbus. I was very disapointed with the maintance of the hotel. Woke the first morning to no hot water. The mini-refrig in the room buzzed loudly every time it kicked on. There was mold above the shower on the ceiling and in need of repair. I took these matters up with management and they did not offer to adjust the bill to compensate when asked. Will not stay again. Will write letter to general manager.

I was impressed with the size of the rooms. The staff when I checked in was friendly and helpful. The discounted rate was exceptional.

Staff very helpful/nice with questions about the area. Front desk/breakfast staff always friendly and offered if anything was needed during our stay.

Price and hotel services were good for just one night stay. Pool is small but it wasn't clouded. Breakfast was okay. I wish there are more variety of fruits or meat. Overall, I satisfied with my stay. I would stay again.

The breakfast closed earlier than we were told by the desk clerk and we could not get breakfast as we had hoped. This was because they followed the Monday schedule and it was Labor Day, a holiday, so we were told the weekend schedule would be used.

The room was two queen beds and a small couch in a sitting area. The room was very comfortable. The drain in the shower did not work (was very slow, but eventually the water went down and we had to stand in our own dirty water in the shower. I did forget to tell the front desk about that problem. The hot tub seemed dirty but the pool was clean. It was a very small pool.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location had MORE than enough places to eat at and the mall was also close by too.

The comforters in our room was dirty, there was no bed linens and pillows for the sofa bed. We did not get enough towels and wash clothes. When we made our reservations we told them that there was six people staying, they should have had extra towels, wash clothes, and bed linens/pillows sent to our room. I went to the front desk to get more things and the employee who helped me seemed annoyed by me wanting to get the things we needed.

We were able to get a great deal at this hotel and spread the word to other family members coming into town. It's surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, close to the highway and a very roomy room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is not huge and was crowded but otherwise great hotel.

The hotel was great for the price. If you are looking for services, this is not the place. The desk is often vacant and you have to wait 10-15 or more minutes just to get someone to show up.

Every time I went to the front desk, there was no one there. Even when I was trying to check in, it took about 3 minutes for someone to appear. And then, the young man spent about 5 minutes talking to someone on the phone about their "possible upcoming visit." Put them on hold and take care of your current guests! Also, a bell or something at the front desk to let them know that a customer is waiting would be very helpful.

We stayed at this hotel when our family went to the State Fair. The hotel was well kept overall. We did have 3 issues- 1) the bathroom toilet had not been properly cleaned and 2)the king bed squeaked anytime someone moved... very annoying when a spouse roles over and wakes others up, and 3) the safety lock on the door was falling out of the wall..... The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was good and the pool was nice. We liked the quiet location and having nearby restaurants.

Overall, the hotel was okay. We had several issues such as the air condition was leaking water in the room and the shower head was stuck on a undesireable position. Additionally, the door to the bathroom would drag on the floor when you opened it. There were few on staff that could help. Lastly, the breakfast was fair (I have had much better). For the most part, the hotel was okay and probably worth the price.

My daughter and I had a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast could been a little better but overall everything was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the location to all resturates were great and all ponits of interset was great.

dogs barking all night. called down three times and nothing was done about it. ended up sleeping in a co-workers room a floor below. contacted the employee at the front desk and they said they couldnt do anything about it, because they had no rooms registered with pets in them. when i asked if they could move me, they said no. at check out i asked if the hotel was full last night and the young man told me no they had plenty of rooms. i was not happy. though this location is close to the office i visit in Hilliard, I will stay at the hotel next door.

The night manager was not friendly. There were no linens for the fold out bed. We also accidently left a big body pillow, which no one seemed to have found.

Very small hotel. often staff not at front desk for questions. We were denied extra pillows or extra towels when we needed. Staff did not clean pool area from past day-dirty towels, trash, no clean towels available. Ran out of food for breakfast bar. Overall it was made clear management was concerned about saving money not customer service. My worst hotel experience in some time.

This hotel was great.The cleanliness was great,the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in in a hotel and the sleeper sofa was just as comfortable that also never has happen before.the staff was great at check in and check out but finding them any other time was difficult.we stayed here and visited the columbus zoo and stayed here on our way to kings island this hotel put the one at kings island to shame as far as comfort and cleanliness.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was nice & in a great location. It seemed to me that they were under-staffed. On several occasions, there was no one to be seen behind the desk.

The staff was terrific, the hotel was very clean and attractive. We had two queen beds and a fold out queen sofa bed. Everyone agreed that the room was spacious, comfortable and very, very quiet! I'd definitely stay there again!

Kinda out of it. Everything else was good. The Day manager took care of everything.

I stayed there for two nights for the Rock on the Range Concert. It was very accomodating with restaraunts within walking distance and stores very close too. I was pleased with the size and comfort of the rooms and everything was very clean. I would definately stay here again next year!

The hotel room met and exceeded out expectations. The room we had was clean, comfortable with a refrigerator and coffee bar. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a friendly face at the desk. Probably the desk staff was busy doing something but it is always good to have the front desk covered with staff. We will stay here again for sure!

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The room was so nice and the bed so comfortable, I wish I could've spent more time there. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay

Wow! We were very impressed with this hotel and will definately stay there in the future when we are in that area.

I tend to be picky about bathrooms and beds - both were wonderful. Ultra comfy beds and immaculate bathrooms. Morning breakfast carried us well past lunch - eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, danish, bagels, fruit, juice and coffee that tasted like Cofee instead of dishwater. The pool was rather small - and at only 4' more like a splashing pool rather than a swimming pool, but we were satisfied that it tuckered out the kids. Location was excellent - 1/2 way between Columbus Zoo and COSI - and there was a wonderful Hometown Buffet that worked for us at dinnertime. Lots of other family restaurants in the area as well. Really couldn't find anything to complain about - but to get really picky, there was only one 3-drawer dresser in the 2 queen suite which sleeps 6. Luckily we were only there for 2 days and lived out of our suitcases. Otherwise - extremely well rounded, excellent value for the money and we will happily stay here again on our next trip to Columbus in August.

The hotel was clean, but the door was hard to shut and one of the lamps in the room sparked as I getting ready for bed.

Very Outstanding Hotel for the money. The room was very large, and it was located around restaurants, malls, etc. The continental breakfast was very good, and had alot of selections in which to choose from. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We recently spent 4 nights at the Comfort Suites in Hilliard. The location of this hotel is great, we were within 15 minutes of the Columbus Zoo and the COSI center. We also were about an hour away from the Prime Outlet Shopping Mall and within 15 minutes of the city of Columbus. The hotel staff was great and the pool area was wonderful, we had no problems with the condition of the pool or the hot tub. There were usually no towels on the shelf but we got in a habit of bringing our own or asking at the front desk. The breakfast consisted of eggs,sausage or ham, cereals, yogurt, make your own belgian waffle, fruits and a variety of pastries. My husband I had were traveling with 3 children (9, 5, 11m) and this hotel was great for our family. There is ALOT of shopping in the general area and many many places to eat. We ate at the Hamburger Paradise and that was a great place to eat also. There is only one thing I would change, the overall hotel was a little hot pretty much all the time (April) so we had to keep our room pretty cool to keep the heat at bay. The pool area stayed around 110 degrees but it didn't bother me unless I was just sitting there instead of swimming. The beds are extremely comfortable and we had 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed and a total of 10 pillows. They do not scrimp with the small details. Our room was cleaned each morning as we had breakfast. The fruit and juice were out in the lobby/dining room all day, so that helped with having to refill my 11 month olds bottle. We had free computer access in the lobby and complimentary paper each morning. The staff was great and very friendly, I highly recommend his hotel if you want to be within a short distance of the Zoo or COSI. Also check out the Book Loft in Downtown Columbus on 3rd Ave, that was a great experience!
