I was on vacation. I slept in until 10, with the Do Not Disturb sign up. I left shortly after and my room wasn't cleaned at any time I was there. The man at the desk told me that they go by the room early and if the sign is there, they don't go back. People don't always wake up early. When I told him I wanted it clean after being gone all day, but now […] I just wanted to relax, he replied to the maid "i don't know what this man wants". Very disrespectful. The simple thing would be to go back later in the afternoon and check again on the rooms that had do not disturb on them early. You don't check it once in the morning and then just leave it dirty. And you certainly don't make the customer feel bad for wanting to relax when they are on vacation. Usually this hotel is fine, especially for the price, but not this stay. Read more

We have stayed at Quality Inns in other states that were in much better condition. The toilet ran all night; the shower knob was hard to pull up; the carpet was old. But the location was convenient and that's why we picked it.

Was really let down by this hotel. The 2nd floor was about 90 degree's. The AC in the ro would not get even cool, blowing hot air. We have stayed at this Quality Inn before and were very pleased. This time, however, the room smelled like mildew and it never completely went away. It was over 80 degrees outside and humid and the room air was not on so it was REALLY HOT in the room. They advertise themselves as a non-smoking hotel but the room we were in stunk from smoke. I had requested a ground floor room for my disabled daughter but was given a second floor room right in the middle as far away from the stairs as possible on both ends of the property. The hotel staff would not move us even thuogh I checked in fairly early at […] 5pm. I paid for and confirmed this hotel 3 months ago and called them to confirm the ground floor. We had an event we had to attend at 6:30pm the night of check in or I would have left to find another hotel. Awful service!!! Not the Ritz, but close! Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Pool was small but was indoors so the kids could get a good workout before bed. Breakfast was nice. Overall outstanding value!!! Great for families, too. :)

Wendy was at the front desk on my arrival, I decided to extend my stay, she was very friendly and very helpful. More places should have staff like her, based on her alone, I would return to your hotel for another stay and recommend it. She was very friendly and pleasant to my entire family, we were all there for a family Wedding. HOWEVER..... On the […] day of the 29th, my room did not get cleaned and another gal was at front desk. I spoke to her regarding problem and she did not seem to care at all and never apoligize for the inconvenience, I had to ask to get clean towels and then she only gave me bath towels so I had to ask again for hand towels and wash rags...she seemed very disinterested in me as a customer and not friendly at all. Although the location was pretty good,3-5 miles to restaurants, it was like staying in an old musty dorm. The other disapointment was the breakfasct was sub-par. Definantly drive across the street to McDonalds or waffle House- the money you save on your room, could be well spent NOT eating the breakfast.

This was the hotel that we all want when traveling!! The lobby, the halls and the room were exceptionally clean and it smelled good. All toiletries were well stocked, the fridge and microwave worked and there was no outside noise to disturb one's sleep. My only complaint is the blatant discrimination against smokers. There were signs everywhere saying […] "No Smoking within 50 feet". Did I carry a tape measure???? I think smoking laws are way out of line. Read more

I was not happy with the Quality Inn, Broken Arrow. The breakfast area was very cramped. You could not turn around without running into someone else. The pool was closed. The door lock was broke. You had to jiggle the handle to get the toilet to stop running.

This is the 3rd year (2009,2010,2011) I've stayed at this hotel. The exercise equipment and water fountain on the 1st floor has been broken on all 3 of my stays. The door lock on my room malfunctioned and I was standing in ankle deep water during my shower. When a young boy saw me and the hotel clerk struggling w/ the door he said "oh you've got the […] room from h-ll,' and started to describe the shower and door problems that his family had until they moved he and his familyy to the room across the hall. Very disturbing that hotel management continued to use the room after problems had been identified. Although this hotel is in close proximity to my distination, I will never stay there again.
