I had double checked the week before our arrival about our reservation for adjoining suites. I was told the suites were reserved. Unfortunately, that was not the case upon our arrival. However, we were given two suites next door to each other. The manager and front desk employee were apologetic and professional. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Low noise level between rooms was a plus. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub.

Hotel was great. The only bad thing was the pool is older and kind of run down, other than that the stay was excellent very good time had by all. Will definitely use this one again. Breakfast was good, coffee is always on, no big complaints here.

Upon our arrival we requested extra bedding to make up the pull out sleeper. We were brought 2 top sheets, a bed pad and told that was all that was available. We then went to the pool which was cloudy and didn't have towels. Again we were told that was all they had. In our room, there was mold in the bathroom, on the ceiling and around the base of the tub. The heating unit was functioning but not really adjustable. We had to keep turning it in to warm the room then off when it became too hot. Last, the front desk called at 9:50pm (and woke us up) to see if we needed anything.

We booked this hotel on a last minute basis as we need a place to spend the night due to highway closure. Much older hotel. Definitely need some renovations, carpets were old and parts of the sink countertop were hanging off its sides. Hotel room is clean, beds were ok. Breakfast was mediocre, but for the price we paid, I think we got a good deal.

Clean & confortable. The sleeper sofa in the twin queen room was a plus, as there was three of us and allowed each of us our own bed. That was the main reason I chose this hotel. The bad is this hotel has no elevator, so if you have a physical ailment will have to climb stairs if you have a room on the second floor. Overall we were pleased with this hotel.

the hotel was a little hard to get to from the directions from hotels.com and gps because it is nestled in between another hotel and restaurant. When we arrived the staff was nice, and easily found my reservation so we got to our room quick. It was nice to have a restaurant right across the parking lot. Next time am in lakewood will stay here again.

Worth going to just to see the cute girls they hire here. The breakfast offered is fantastic too! The room was outdated of course, and I itched all night in the bed, but it might have just been dry skin, wife didn't complain.

Never Again. The rooms were in disrepair. Drawers were broken and hanging off the dresser. Toilet was backed up. The rooms smelled. The wall paper was peeling off in big chunks. When I made toast for breakfast an employee of the hotel took it out of the toaster and ate it. Wow, this hotel made the top of the Never Ever list !!

The room was uncomfortable at first and then we noticed that the room was not completely cleaned. For being "newer" it needed more updating. By the way, they do not accept pets despite what other websites say.

I stayed in a handicap suite, after taking a shower there was water all over the floor. Pillows I think are too big, if you're not use to big pillow they may give you a sore neck. Even though I only spent one night here, I slept very well, the Thanksgiving turkey may have something to do with it though. lol!

Smoke free? Yeah right. Smelled like smoke, all staff smelled like smoke, and there were cigarette burns in the sheets. We got a room with a Jacuzzi... it was stained and the caulk was molding. Fun times.

We will provide more room conditioning training for housekeepers and maintenance staff. I don't know what the designers of bathrooms in hotels are thinking when they do not include an exhaust fan. This hotel didn't look that old but above the shower on the walls and ceiling, mold was already growing. Otherwise the room was fine.

I Was charged 63.5 on my card for incidentals wasn't told about it before I was charged. Tried to call front desk many times no answer. Our safety latch was broken they moved us to another room.

The hotel staff comes in at 4 am, talking, banging doors, they woke us up every morning. When the heat came on, it was cold air for the first two minutes and than heat. Cleaning staff left some of their products in our room, the towels are thin.

The first night there the toilet had stains on it and so did the bed skirt. The room smelled like dirty feet and musty water. Hotel staff woke us up the first morning at 7:30 talking loudly in the hallway. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything from every room around. The hot tub they advertise is in the bathroom so you can't do anything but sit in the hot tub and stare at the wall. It's a little awkward taking a shower in the hot tub that you wanna sit in and relax. Free breakfast is by far the worst continental breakfast I have ever seen. Breaker kept getting popped so my wife had to keep finding hotel staff to reset the outlet so she could finish her waffle. I will never stay at a Baymont inn and suites again.

First impression was unkempt entrance and lobby. Needed a sweeping and straightening out. At check in I was informed the hotel did not have an elevator, however the front desk clerk did help me with my luggage to the 2nd floor. The tv was not working and again the front desk clerk came to my room and got it working. The carpet was stained with what looked like chocolate, the shower curtain rod was not secured correctly and the shower curtain kept opening while I was showering, the water pressure was very low. I believed the rating which stated excellent and to my dismay, it was mediocre. I had booked two nights and checked out after one night.

I Stayed here to watch college football all day as many big games were played this day and my cable had gone out at home. This was the perfect excursion and totally satisfied my needs. Friendly staff, clean, quiet, relatively inexpensive. My only complaint would be that there was no channel indication on either the tv screen itself or the console. I had to remember where the channels were located in relationship to one another and press the up arrow or down arrow on the remote accordingly. This was somewhat annoying. All in all I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

There was no comforter on the bed, just sheets and a thin blanket, I was freezing so I cranked the heat up and it wouldn't get warm. I went to the front desk and they gave me a down comforter and two blankets. The blanket that was on my bed had dog hair on it-there are no dogs allowed in hotel... and black human hairs large and small. The walls were paper thin so you could hear kids running down the hall at midnight, the heater/cooler helped muffle the noise because it was extremely loud. There was no elevator, I guess this is the first hotel that I've been at without one so didn't think to look. The staff however, were nice.

We needed a close place to stay for a night while visiting the college. This worked out well. There are a few restaurants close with a Lone Star right off the same parking lot, so no walking for us. The room was clean and well-kept and quite roomy, which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Don't let the bad reviews fool you this was a very nice place to stay! The price was great and the room smelled good, the only noise was other guest letting their room doors slam which is a courtesy problem not a hotel problem!

Staff was great. Carpets in hallways and room seemed dirty. Room smelled like someone previously had smoked in it, despite being a smoke free hotel. This was a bit of a turn off. The room was very large, king size bed was big and very comfy. TV service in the room was very bad. Horrible resolution and changing channels was slow and frustrating. I was at the end of the building near stairwell so heard banging doors all night.

Noisy, a lot of load doors, they slam hard when closing. Thin walls could hear basic conversation on all sides and above. Pillows need to have a thin and thick to choose.Bed was hard for my taste.Had left items in fridge called back to see if turn in the were not turned in but desk was not surprised. They said that housekeeping does not turn anything in so, they expect it. Glad I didn't leave an item of any value, it sounds like they have an integrity issue but accept it as a norm. I will not stay there again.

Difficult to get to. Not bad for the price. Vail pass was closed so we had to stay an extra night. Front dest lady wasn't too friendly and carpets need a deep clean, other than that no complaints. Good breakfast#!
