"Trains"

The only problem with the hotel is that it is next to a railroad track. The trains passed all the time blowing there horns.

""Stay Away from this Hotel""

I checked into my hotel very late at night. I requested a downstairs room with my reservation, for my Handicapped mother. I did not get a downstairs room. The air conditioner was blowing air but not cold air, thought it would get better but did not. The toliet also would not flush. At 2am. i went downstairs to get another room. I was given a room down the hall from the first room. The air conditioner in that room did not work either. I was given a 3rd. room and the air worked in that room, however, the light in the bathroom did not so we would have had to take a shower in the dark. They fixed that. Next morning was put in a ground level handicapped room. Housekeeping decided not to clean our room the next day. No fresh towels, no shampoo, no new soap, nothing...

The room was not clean, items from the previous guest were still in the room. Trash in the drawers. Broken items through-out, will not stay here again - the price is good - however the quality and cleanliness are not.

The hotel was right by an airport and a train track...very loud all hours of the day and night.

"NEEDS IMPROVEMENT"

THE BATHROOM WAS SMALL. A LARGE PERSON WOULD HAVE TO STAND IN THE BATHTUB IN ORDER TO SHUT THE DOOR. THE FRIDGE HAD A HIGH PITCH SOUND WHEN IT WAS RUNNING. THE HOTEL IS VERY NEAR THE INTERSTATE AND THE AIR BASE, WHICH IS NOISY WHEN AIR TRAFFIC IS ACTIVE.

"Just Plain Nasty"

When we went up to our rooms 2 out of 3 of them were nasty dirty, when we called down to have it fixed they had told us that that happens a lot and we would need to change rooms. When we got our new rooms my room had no bathroom lights, no towels, and had holes in the walls. Not a place we will ever even consider staying at again.

"OK for the money"

I had to track down a hotel to stay in with my kids on the way to a funeral. This place was very convenient to the freeway, was inexpensive, had continental breakfast and had a room available for that night. The price was good. We didn't get there until 12:30am, but the night clerk was super friendly. I had had to reserve a smoking room when I was online, but I called to warn them I was going to be there very late and I then asked if there was any way they could give me a non-smoking room. The room was definitely non-smoking. It was pretty clean - nothing scary. The wall above the shower head needed a scrub and there was one hair on the shower wall, but overall we were comfortable. The area is a little scary. I was very careful walking to and from my car at 1am - I kept my cell phone open and ready. And then there was the train at 1am and 1:06am, then again at 7am. It was loud. And they didn't give me my requested wake up call but I don't know whether to blame the night guy or the morning lady. Overall, though, at that price I couldn't expect much more. The breakfast was good and we slept well. The shower was hot and the hairdryer worked. I would recommend it as a good hotel for a stop when you're heading elsewhere. It's not a place to stay for a vacation...

"would never stay again"

the room was very dirty the train tracks run right behind the hotel and a train comes by every two hours all hours of the night blowing his horn right behind the hotel.the bathroom had hair in the tub and aroung the bottom of the tolet.it was nasty.

""Needs Improvement""

The service was great, they were real friendly, the rooms weren't so great. Our room hadn't been cleaned, it had been "straightened up", but not CLEANED. There was a used bandaid on the floor by the bed, the coffee pot had some old coffee in it, the bathtub was dirty. Thank goodness we were only there long enough to sleep, we left in the morning.

I believe the hotel was in the process of remolding. Not such a good job. Toilet area did not have a stricker on the door, space between front door and frame.
