very close to the airport though the noise was not disturbing, walking distance to mall though not sure you want to cross that road, convenient to highways... room was fine, staff was quite friendly, breakfast was truly best I've seen in a hotel. the only negative for me was the smell- lobby, elevator and room all smelled stale.

The Fairfield was our choice for a few reasons. 1) close to Mall of America with free hourly shuttle, 2) free shuttle to airport, 3) past history with Fairfield Inns. Wasn't sure about the planes flying overhead...but didn't hear them at all during the night. We didn't want a room by the elevators so requested another and it was no problem at all. Good stay.

Nice place overall, staff was very courteous! We had a little mishap when a shuttle left us, one of clerks behind the counter left to take us in a van to the airport without hesitation! Free breakfast was good, but a little busy not their problem though.

The people and the service was outstanding. We arrived after 9:00 p.m. due to a late flight. Mike at the front desk helped us order food, and Carl the shuttle driver even went to the store and picked up some wine and beer for us. Great people, nice hotel, great value.

Everything here was satisfactory. The front desk was friendly, as was housekeeping. The room was spotless, in good condition, and comfortable. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Main courses were very 'processed' or unhealthy but oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit were available, too.

The Front Desk Help were very hospitable. They were polite and kindly answered my questions for cab service and shuttle service. The rooms were clean and with a clean scent! The heater kept the room warm. The beds were very comfortable. Only one thing was missing, an ATM machine.

The hotel room was clean. Staff were friendly. The room itself was small considering it was a handicap accessible room- bathroom was a nice size but could use a larger vanity area. Not much room to put toiletries. The queen beds felt more like double beds. Continental breakfast had a variety to choose from. Overall, we had a great experience.

Hotel works well if you plan on going to Mall of America with family. With shuttle going between sites, some members can come back and forth as needed. Great location if interested in the Mall of America. Hotel was busy with lots of families and high school teams, the pool was always full of kids. The halls were quiet at night even with all the kids around. I would return.

This hotels is the closest and most convinient if you are planning to visit Mall of America. Hotel was well maintained and clean though we found hair on the covers. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Overall, we had great stay and would definately go back!
