The overall was good. Only thing is they are.pushy to get everyone out and get the room cleaned. Checkout wasnt till noon and by 10am had two knocks on the door from the two leaning crew wanting to know if we were gone.

My room's plumbing was poor. The water in the tub and the sinks drained too slowly, to the point that it could be unsanitary. Also, do NOT pull into the parking lot if you're pulling a trailer. The parking lot does NOT stretch all the way around, and there isn't enough room to back out a trailer if the lot is full, which it is for the most part. The rooms were very clean. The continental breakfast was great. The only complaint I had was the pool was freezing cold. The whole reason for choosing this hotel was it had a pool. I told the front desk when I left and they were apologetic. The pool had undergone maintenance and was refilled the day before. Maybe they should have used some hot water […] to refill with. To me the rooms were quiet, I had read reviews that said this place was noisy since it is close to the interstate. The hotel is nice and a convenient location from I-80. The room was cozy, but the hotel is located next to railroad tracks...and we could hear trains (and their warning horns) throughout the night. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep with the constant train noise. The breakfast was decent - coffee, fruit, pastries, waffles, microwavable sandwiches. […] Parking right outside our room window - which was nice. Staff was mostly friendly, except upon checking out when the gentleman was busy texting on his phone and didn't greet me or give me a receipt for my stay. Very helpful front desk clerk. Helped us find a place to go sledding. Breakfast was delicious and quite a variety. Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiched were a welcome change from the norm. Also 2nd day there was strawberry topping for the waffles. Yum yum. Great visit overall

We stayed there for one night only. Wish we could have stayed longer. The room was beautifully decorated and was spotless! My husband and I have stayed in a lot of hotels for the past few years following our son's football team. The breakfast in the morning was very good. You can't go wrong staying here.

We were at this hotel for three nights, Sunday thru Tuesday. The hotel was nice and in an area with dining close by. Rooms were clean and neat. Issues with this hotel is the proximity to railroad yard and interstate. We nad a room on the north side of the hotel and the train whistles and the trucks on the interstate woke us up several times during […] the night. Hotel was very clean and decorated nicely. Nice sized flat scrren tv in room, Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We were just passing through, but our grandson had a birthday, so they allowed us to have a mini birthday party for him in the breakfast area. The hotel did an amazing job of remodeling and the rooms and lobby are beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and breakfast is good as well which is normally how I rate rooms. This is a very nice facility. Check in staff at night was fine. The next morning was a different animal. No one at the counter; breakfast lights not turned on a 7 am. Fire alarm panel (not the leave the building alarm) started buzzing half way through breakfast and went on for 20 minutes.

Great hotel. Very nice, clean rooms. We had a king bed. The room was a bit tight due to the "hallway" type entrance. There wasnt much room to move around between the bed and the wall, and the bed and the television stand/desk. I wouldn't want to stay in this room if relaxation was your main goal, but for just a night or two it was GREAT!

Purpose for our trip was a day at the zoo. We arrived late afternoon and found our room ready with easy check in. So many good choices of places to eat within walking distance. We did swim, small pool, and the hot tub heater was not working. Our room was neat and clean. The front desk attendant (Cherry) was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Everything was clean and newer. The pool area was a bit small but we made it work with our kids. I would recommend this hotel for its location near shopping & restraunts as well as easy on/off the hwy.
