This was a cheap and convenient option for spending a night at Gatwick Airport. The hotel is right next to the North Terminal, but also opposite the train that links to the South Terminal, so it should be perfectly fine for both. The rooms were adequate and very clean, and I got excellent service from the staff. I would recommend it to anyone.

some staff at front desk were helpful. One person seem to be bother in assisting me with information when I asked him about the terminal for American Ailines telling me that that should be in my ticket! then he asked me about the flight number ..He gave me the wrong terminal as another staff later told me the corrrect termional.

Surprised by rating, this hotel is in desperate need of updating. No A/C and feel as though time warp. Room was clean, bed uncomfortable and pillows not very good. As ok for one night, but would not stay again. Lift broken and main men's room out of order. Conference room ok and starts were pleasant. Breakfast very nice as well.

Nice clean modern hotel in the centre of Bad Homburg. Helpful staff. Great breakfast for a German hotel but costs 17€. Take your kettle if you want a cup of tea/coffee in the room.

Das Hotel brfindet sich im Umbau und ist fast leer. Beim Essen werden Bemerkungen gemacht/ Ist schon einer da/ Sehr unpersoenlich und unfreundlich. Anders jedoch am Empfang.

町の中心、とくにクアガーデンに直接面していて素晴らしい立地です。何となく古い感じはあると思いますが、プールはとても良かったし、朝食も満足です。

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, das vom Ruf der Vergangenheit lebt. Ein teilweise verfleckter Teppichboden sollte doch mal einer intensiven Reinigung unterzogen werden. Staubfäden an der Decke sind auch nicht das gelbe vom Ei. Eine Zwischentür wäre wünschenswert. Ansonsten ruhige Lage trotz Innenstadt. Freundliches Personal.

Groot hotel waarbij de term "Vergane Glorie" het eerst te binnen schiet. Ligging is prima, tevens tov het bezoek aan Frankfurs Messe. Rond 6 uur in de ochtend begon het personeel op de verdieping boven ons 2 uur lang tafels te schuiven wat voor erg veel overlast zorgde!! Ontbijt was vers en prima.

Det märks att hotellet har byggts med en hög standard från början, men med åren har det blivit lite slitet och gammalmodigt. Hotellet ligger väldigt bra i direkt anslutning till parker och de centrala delarna i Bad Homburg. Det tar dessutom inte lång tid att köra till Frankfurt.
