The staff was friendly and helpful! The hotel was in a quiet and convenient location. And the bar, Redbirds, next door was awesome!!! Rooms were clean and the full breakfast was quite tasty. I would definately return and recommend this hotel. Thanks Ramada Hazelwood. You all helped make my reunion a excellent one!!!

The hotel is undergoing renovations - we had been given a recently renovated room. Even though it had been renovated, it still had a worn feeling to it - part of the headboard to the bed had only been glued on so it came loose. The TVs are older 80s/90s models - no flat screens and limited channels. The location is so-so - quiet, and you have to drive […] about 10 minutes to get to fast food places. aside from the housekeeping staff and the EVENING shuttle driver, I was not happy with the service at all! the location did not help matters either. will not stay here again. my fault for trying to save a buck. will stick with previous properties from other trips to STL. thanks!

Forr the price, the hotel is what it should be. Staff was friendly enough, fitness center was run-down but functional, breakfast wasn't fancy but adequate. Room was ok - stains on carpet, room number written on painter's tape, broken alarm clock. Again, you get what you pay for.

Hotel is further away from airport than originally thought, however they do run a 24 hour shuttle and when it could not accommodate us, the hotel paid for a taxi for us. Very helpful! Great for staying near airport for early flights out/ late flights in.

Good value, good location to park and shuttle to St. Louis airport. Room numbers handwritten on blue duct tape on doors; sheets too small for bed and very old (bottom sheet was really a top sheet that barely reached the edge of the mattress, so came off immediately, exposing bare mattress with no mattress pad or cover); carpet very old and very worn. […] Other than that it was adequate. This hotel may look only decent from the outside, but the inside of the hotel, especially the inside of the rooms were wonderful for the rate!! We only paid $60 with tax for the night and it was a great place to stay, with free hot breakfast too! I will definately be returning to this hotel the next time I am in the area!

Failed to complete wake up call. Failed to hold shuttle after wake up call not made. Check -in took thirty minutes as inexpert night clerk spend twenty-five minutes selling stuff from convenience market.

The staff was very helpful and nice! I loved the fact that the shuttle ran 24/7 bc we had to leave for the airport at 4am. For an overnight stay I would say it was overall a good place. The only downside was the dated rooms but they are renovating so I'm sure they will be updating the rooms as well.

Cheap price yes. No water in the bathtub faucet, grease on the carpet, seats where stained and dirty, the refrigerator never got cool and the ac/heater made an aweful racket! Very disappointed!

The staff were nice, but the rooms are outside entry. And I assume the hotel is old by the furnishings. This is a low budget hotel, but not bad for the low price. There is a fridge, no microwave...or at least in my room.

It suited our purpose, which was to get close to the airport during an ice storm. The front desk clerk was very good, the room was not spacious or beautiful but it did the job. It would have been nice to have the snow cleared off the lot so that we could have parked without kicking the snow out of the way. Overall, you get what you pay for.

The hotel was very dirty. We came in on a late flight and had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up when they were only 4 miles away. The girl that drove the shuttle was on some kind of drugs or alcohol because she slurred her speech and dozed off at a stop light.

We had stayed here previously, so we didn't expect much, but it was much worse than we remembered. The hotel generally is in sad condition. We were told that the are in the midst of remodeling, but this was not evident to us. Must admit; however, that the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was horrible! Again we didn't expect much, but it was […] pretty much inedible. The coffee and juice were so watered down there was no taste. The sausage was obviously way beyond it expiration date. Used this hotel for the cheap rate. Most rooms are outside rooms. Very old and dingy but room appeared clean and it served its purpose for our one night stay. Van driver was half an hour late for our ride to the airport so leave plenty of time.

I knew this place was going to be run down, but since we only needed a place to crash before a 5 am flight, I was willing to chance it. It wasn't just run-down. It was dirty and gross, and the desk clerk was about as unwelcoming and unhelpful as she could possibly have been.

Would not recommend the hotel. It was very dirty and in need of repair. Carpets were badly stained and there were multiple packages of ant poison in my room. However, the staff were pleasant.

The main issue I had was the plumbing - the faucet in the room was dripping & there is something wrong with the handle. Also, the TV was on when I first showed up. Other than that I have no issues to say here. A huge plus here is that you're a few minutes away, on foot, to public transport.

The worst part was the dirty floors they where absolutely nasty.. However, they are remodeling so hopefully they will change that... the exterior and the customer service was great though... and the fact that they have an atm and a mini store open 24hrs helps even though all was overpriced...
