The hotel is multi-story and appears to be of wood frame construction. On the first night of our 2 night stay we had very noisy upstairs "neighbors" - stomping back and forth late into the night. I understand that this hotel was one of the cheapest in the area but it is not kept up very well. Hotel rooms felt unclean, overall building had several apparent maintenance issues that have not been addressed, and we had issues with our shower and had to move rooms after one night. When we arrived to check in, the person at the desk was unfriendly at best. She never said hello or smiled and took a long time to look up from her computer and acknowledge us. While there wasn't anyone else checking in at the time, she acted like she was doing us a favor by letting us check in early. I have stayed at a lot of baymont inns in ky and indiana and in ohio.....this place ddnt fill the bill of any of them.the rooms was poor and lacking the class of the ones Istayed at in other locations. It was hard to find and when we got there the room was cold. The beds were very hard. Other then that the rooms itself was nice and the staff was great. I was woke up several times in the night by someone running it sounded like upstairs and people being loud outside. This I believe has nothing to do wth the hotel but just other rude guest.

Dirty! We had a suite. One toilet didn't work. There wasn't even water in the tank. The other toilet quit flushing the next morning. Crunchy stuff kept sticking to our bare feet in the bathroom.

it was the coldest day so far this year and when we got to our room there was no heat on in the room. We had to turn on the heat and sometime thru the night then it got very hot in the room and we had to turn the heat off.

Yes, it was a little aged - worn out carpet, some wear and tear. And it was confusing to find. I'm glad I read other reviews so I knew that I had to go into the mall parking lot and follow the frontage road around because my GPS told me I was there when i was on the 4 lane highway next to the motel. They are trying to update their hotel to as nicer status. It is not complete yet but you can tell they are trying. Very nice suite room for the price. Mini fridge in room, hair dryer and nice tv. Sadly, our stay at this property was one of the most dismal that we've had - ever. Not only was the staff neglectful, the room was horrendous. First, we were given the pass card/entry to a room that was already occupied. It still resonates as a startling and shockingly memorable event. This type of neglect should not ever occur. It placed all parties […] at risk, and still needs to be addressed by the proprietors of this property. The room was not clean in those less reached spots and the sheer curtains were frayed and ripped. Moreover, the ragged, heating/air unit was falling apart, and it did not warm our room much at all. I guess you get what you pay for here. While the bed linens, tub, toilet & sink were very clean, the outside\inside of the hotel & the room were just run down & dirty.

We stayed for two nights because it was a pet friendly hotel. The breakfast was bare bones minimum and our second morning they ran out of food more than 45 minutes before the end and acted liked the allotted amount of food is gone and we have no more.

The room was cleanand the service was great. I did not like the fact that the check out time was at noon, and the housekeepers knocked on our door to clean the room three times before check out starting at 8 am. They actually woke us up. The only complaint that I have about the stay.

When I made the reservations I was told you had a indoor pool. It did not, when you take kids with you who are going for the swimming this isn't a good plan. Someone need to clean mirrors and the carpet
