I would give them "0" if there was an option... The most terrible motel I've ever stayed in my life. The neighborhood didn't seem to be safe, the room/ bathroom was filthy, no TV remote, no light bulbs above the sink, breakfast (food) wasn't available even though it was before the listed time, etc.... I was extremely disappointed in the hotel upon arrival. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online, the area was in a terrible neighborhood, the rooms were not maintained and very dirty. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I know. They are located next to a strip club and they only have a few channel of which most was pornography.

My husband & I wanted a convenient, easy to access from the fwy hotel room for our overnight stay in Phoenix. We arrived in the evening and, thanks to our gps, found the hotel. It was not that close to the road, and was off a one-way road that was difficult to get to and in a very dark and desolate warehouse-looking area. Despite there being available rooms closer to the lighted area, he directed us to the very last room at the end of a small, isolated and dark corner of the hotel. We tried opening the door but the key didn't work. I walked back to the office - it was closed. I rang the bell at the window and had to wait outside while the attendant exchanged the key. The room was gross, with what appeared to be vomit on the floor in one area and dried liquid of some sort on the door to the bathroom. There was only 1 small bar of soap and 1 package of what looked like hospital shampoo. Luckily we brought our own. At midnight, someone pounded on our door and even after we told them we weren't the person they were looking for, kept asking where this person was. I never took off my clothes or shoes the entire time I was there and the morning couldn't get there soon enough, I wanted to leave so badly. But, the room had been paid for, it was late and we had been driving for several hours so we chalked it up to experience and vowed NEVER to go back there EVER again. Read more

Dirty, stained, torn carpet, water damaged bathroom. No stopper for tub and almost killed myself getting in and out from shower. Old toothpaste on sink. Postage stamp towels.
