I booked two rooms through expedia.com. One room was to have one bed and the other room was to have two beds. I gave credit card over the phone and confirmation was made. When we got to the hotel, we had two rooms with only one bed in each. My son ended up sleeping in a chair. If the hotel was booked up then no confirmation should have been made. I stayed at the Fairfield Inn with my two sons for a tournament in Dallas. The immediate area wasn't that great, but its close enough to the city that it didn't really matter. The area has a great old school diner with great service and food! The hotel pools are open till 11pm, which my kids loved! the rooms and bathroom were clean. Not all rooms come […] with a refrigerator, but they try really hard to get you what you request. The free breakfast was great, just to get you going till lunch while we were out and about. I love the free wifi in the rooms unlike some other hotels where you had to go to the lobby to access it. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Would stay there again if I was in town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was better than we expected! The indoor pool leaves much to be desired, however guests at the Fairfield have access to the Courtyard's pool next door and we enjoyed that pool very much! Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Dallas!

My family has to go to Dallas for my daughter's medical procedures every 3 months and we don't stay any where else. The staff is kind, caring, helpful and we always feel welcomed. The lady at the front desk let us check in early after telling her my daughter was not feeling well after her medical procedure and that we had gotten done earlier then expected. […] It meant the world to us that a stranger would care enough to help out. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and smell great. The breakfast is great and gives us the feeling of being cared for when we are away from home for a not so pleasent reason. We only stayed one night since I was running in marathon the next day, but this hotel was great. The receptionist was very friendly. The rooms were clean. My kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. None of the coke or snack machines worked......and I could get no change for them either...There was a man at he desk who was always in the middle of an Issue of his own and could offer no help to the guests.....The place needs and update and some clean up. The quality of the hotel itself meets the standards of Fairfield. The service quality does not. We left our room at 9 am and returned at 4 pm but the room had not been cleaned. The staff did not apologized and offered to clean the room right away. We asked them to come down after 5:30 pm instead while we at the concert but the answer was “no”. Then […] we asked for fresh towels and supplies and after 50 min we had to call the manager and repeat this request. The manager apologized for “being extremely busy” but when the maid came in with towels and saw the room had not been cleaned, she said she was surprised how they could miss the room. Obviously, the reason was not a busyness of the staff but rather poor scheduling. On our last day we were waken up at 9 am by the maid who came to clean up the room three hours before the check out time (???). This hotel is going to be the hotel we stay in when we come into Dallas for my daughters medical treatments. The hotel is right down the street from the hospital and is in a great location. Being next to a Denny's resturant is an added bonus because the food is good and the prices are even better. The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful, and the […] beds are very comfortable. The pool is a little small but it is located indoors and my daughter can't be out in the sun for long periods so it works out. Yes, I'll recommend this hotel. Ok, there is nothing really special or distinctive. It is your basic chain box property, but it is absolutely clean and in good repair. Everyone on staff was very nice. Our maid, Monica, greeted us with the biggest smile every morning. The breakfast adds scrambled eggs and fresh fruit to the usual waffle-toast-coffee. […] Free wifi that was a bit slow if you are downloading video but otherwise just fine for surfing.. Nice flat screen tv. Even number rooms are less noisy from highway about 1/3 mile away. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are doing a show at the Hilton Anatole which is directly across the street. Parking at the Hilton is definitely more than not free. Marriott suites next door to this property is good too. I would not recommend this location if you are a tourist. This is a semi industrial area with nothing interesting in walking distance. You need a car. Downside: As mentioned by others, they are a little heavy with the carpet disinfectant. It didn't bother me but If you are sensitive, maybe keep this in mind. Read more

Overall, its a pretty good hotel for the price. The location is kind of hidden. I walked into the Courtyard thinking it was the Fairfield, both of which are Marriotts. this is the best price for market show times and its very close you could walk but they have a shuttle every 30 mins. had some other convention in town when i was staying and they pretty much took over the breakfast room, all i could get was juice every morning.

I was at a 3 day conference which was held at the Hilton Anatole across the street from this hotel. The hotel was a convenient alternative to the even more pricey Hilton, but there were other (some less pricey) hotels virtually equidistant - Best Western, Doubletree, Courtyard, and Sheraton. The hotel is located behind the Marriott and the location of the lobby was not obvious. The value was good, the beds comfortable, and the hotel met my expectations. The Marriott next door was much nicer with a nice bar where we had a couple of drinks.
