Pros: Very close to airport, friendly staff, relatively clean, low price, had a little fridge/microwave, had continental bfast. Cons: Very OLD room(some parts are run down), matress and chairs felt broken down(but I slept well), Continental bfast was very simple(open gallon of milk in the fridge was milk for cereal, felt like bfast at a college buddies […] apartment) OVERALL: 3/10, probably wouldn't stay here again, but they said they will be updating some rooms in June. We chose the hotel because if the rate. We are on a tight budget and was going to be in the area looking for a place to live when we love to Dayton. The room was clean and it was comfortable. I was very surprised because we did not see carpet stains or and bad odors in the room. The staff was friendly upon checking and checkout. The lobby was clean […] and well taken care of. For the price I was expecting a fleabag motel but it was actually nice for a place to sleep at night. We ended up with a flat tire and had to stay a second night and we went back to the same motel instead of finding a different one. The carpet was deep in dirt. We requested a wake up call, but none came, manager said the phone probably didn't work. The alarm clock in the room was nonfunctional, fortunately we set an alarm on our cell phone or we would have missed our flight.

It's exactly what you'd expect: a cheap motel-style hotel right next to the airport. It is nothing fancy and planes are loud coming in, but you're literally right next to the airport, which is probably the convenience for which you are looking at this hotel.

Stayed to avoiding a long drive before an early flight - had to wait for the desk clerk to return from the airport to check in; the heat was literally turned off in the room and the room temp was less than 45 degrees - even on HIGH the heater took almost the entire night to warm the room; little things like no garbage in/near the bathroom; had to call […] the front desk for the internet password, instead of it just being posted in the room; zero desk space to work - if all you need is a bed / shower, then this may be the place. The staff and personel were the best part. Anytime a business goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay and are comfortable is what separates good hotels from a time worthy place to stay. Even though there was not much in the immediate area, the unbeatable price made the whole 15 minute drive to downtown dayton worth it.

Terrible stay. I booked a room with double beds on line but was told at the front desk that there were none available. With a family of our we needed the beds to sleep. After complaining to the staff and almost cancelling my reservation they somehow checked and came up with a room. The front desk ran and half cleaned the room leaving the floor dirty […] and the toilets dirty. We were in desperate need of an hotel for the night because with the bad weather and wind that came through Dayton Ohio on Friday our power and lights were out at our home. The building itself is horribly run down, the room air conditioner button popped off in my hand, I didn't shower because I was afraid of contracting some fungal disease (there was cracked caulking, mysterious stains etc in the shower), I got a hair IN MY MOUTH from using the hand towel (dear GOD please let […] it not be a "down under" hair), the Internet (they did have it to be fair) was 1mbps or less, oh and the vanity area florescent light kept flickering on and off through the cracked plastic cover like a gritty horror movie. The hotel offers a great rate amidst others being $20 - $70 higher in the area. The room was simple, basic & clean; nothing fancy but adequate. The bed was comfortable - that's all we needed /wanted for a few hours rest with our late check-in and early departure. It is located close to the airport, easily accessible to the interstate for driving travellers. […] The simple continental breakfast was adequate - it could be nicely enhanced with a little fruit being available. The only complaint was that we had to wait about 20 min. to check-in, until the only staff on duty returned from making a passenger drop at the airport - they really need to have an additional person to do these runs. The staff was excellent, and the shuttle ride to the airport a lifesaver. The room was dirty: Cobwebs on the curtains, the coffee pot had not been cleaned/emptied, the bathroom light was intermittent - more off than on, and the carpet was horribly stained and burnt. Externally, paint is peeling and the hotel is in general disrepair.
