The only light in my room that worked was the bathroom light. I only had to stay in the room for one night so I didn't mind. Good enough quality for the amount of money it was to stay there.

BAD, BAD, AND BAD. Nothing good to say about this place. Experience started bad when it took 30 mins to check-in (no-one in front of us), just slow rude service. The desk clerk was very rude and opinioned-didn't ask for her opinion on whether we should quit smoking or join a different motorcycle club, but apparently she thought we needed it. The door […] to the room was "broke" and it took special "know how" to get it open, which apparently we were to "stupid" to figure out, at least that was the impression we were left with after the "clerk" had to open the door. We should have stayed locked out of it, the room was smelly, and run down! Last but not least, the clerk "double" billed us and it took a week to get the money back. We arrived on Friday evening around 8:00. I walked in & there was a guest at the front desk talking to the person behind the desk about the internet and not being able to access it. She replied, "I don't work here; the person who works here asked me to watch the front desk while picking up her son." He walked off. She asked me if she could help me. […] I gave her with my reservation. She told me the same thing and asked me to wait about 5 minutes the attendant was on her way back. No problem; I waited; the attendant returned. I while checking in I was told there is a mandatory room cleaning fee. I didn't understand it nor had I been informed of it prior. Get to the room-there's an iron, no ironing board. The reservation was for two people, two nights and there was one shampoo single use. Coffee, but no pot. I found it later in the room safe along with some petrified french fries. Saturday went out to a truck covered with ants inside & out due to an unkept bush that we had to park by because it was the only place left. Bought ant killer and fumigated the truck. Got back to room that night, room key wouldn't work. I went to front desk only to find a note,"be back in 15 minutes gone on a shuttle run". I waited again for attendant to return, told her the problem she took my card, asked me which room, reprogammed the card and gave it back to me. Didn't ask me for i.d. or anything. I feel if you have to pay a cleaning fee at check-in the room should be clean. I room was dirty. The walls had stuff all over them and needed to be wiped down. The air conditioner never shut off all night as the room never got below 85 degrees. The continental breakfast was a real joke. The milk was room temp. as it was just sitting out on the counter […] not in ice or nothing. The lights above the bed that were suppose to be on a dimmer did not work on the dimmer. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. I was very disappointed in my stay and hopefully will never have the need to stay in the area again but if I do it will not be with them. Read more

Overall the staff was kind. They originally gave us a slightly broken crib for our daughter to sleep in (which I was not comfortable using), but after calling the front desk they brought up a new one. The floor in our room was disgusting; after about 10 min of crawling around the room, my little girl's hands and knees were charcoal black. Everything […] else was fine. It is really close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle starting at 6am. Our flight left at 6am, so we paid a $7 fee to have them take us early - much better than getting a cab. The hotel is overall unclean. The bathroom was dirty, and the tub was getting clogged. The breakfast was unedible. While I understand that it is not the most expensive of hotels, one still expects polite staff at the front desk. The people at the front desk were incredibly rude. They did not even want to do a wake up call until I took the room clock, which did not work, to the front desk to substantiate my request. I was totally dissapointed with this hotel. Being charged an additional $2 cash as a "cleaning fee" upon check-in didn't leave me with a warm and fuzzy feeling and it only went downhill from there. The carpet was dirty and stained, the walls in the room and bathroom were stained. The plaster in the bathroom ceiling had been attempted to be repaired […] at some point with a thick slathering of spackle but no sanding and no paint. The shower curtain rod was half ripped out and sagging, the curtain extended past the edge of the tub so that it was under foot in the shower. The vanity light worked, but the flourescent tube was dim and gave off a sickly greenish light. The overhead light in the bathroom was weak. The towels were threadbare. There was only one accessable outlet in the room #other than the bathroom# for laptop/phone charger - and it was controlled by the light switch in the entry. The desk chair was worn with holes in the armrests. There were roaches, one fellow was about 1 1/2" long HUGE! The cable TV signal was weak, all of the channels were fuzzy, a few were unwatchable. At least there was hot water, the AC worked well, and there were no bed bugs. I travel frequently and usually enjoy Comfort Inn's but I would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anybody. I never leave ratings, but feel compelled to complain. I stay in hotels every few weeks for work, even other Days Inns a few times in other parts of the country, and this was the most unpleasant experience I've had at a hotel in years. The "high-speed" internet was a joke as even news websites took a few seconds to load, much less any streaming video. […] The room was clean, but the A/C unit was only capable of 65 degrees or 85 degrees. The "breakfast" was a joke with nothing fresh, stale bread, and suspect milk for cereal. The overall condition of the lot is just unkempt, with broken TVs scattered around the property, mangled fencing, and chipped paint all over the place. I will never stay in a Days Inn again anywhere to avoid a possible replication of this experience. Read more

We were told by Expedia that the motel had airport shuttle, but it did not start in the morning when we needed it, so we had to call a taxi after all. Extra expense!! Sheets were dirty, towel holder in bathroom broken, no extra blankets at front desk, bathtub was yellow on bottom, TV was blurry so could not watch it. In the morning there was a cockroach […] in the middle of the floor on the carpet. Would never stay there again or another Days Inn for that matter. We arrived late in town, even later at the hotel - all we wanted was to sleep. Opened the door to our room, the A/C was off. And after a 90F day, it was sweltering in there. It took two hours for the room to be cool enough to sleep. The light switch at the entrance of the room turned on ........... nothing. The lamp on the bedside table had a broken […] switch, and the shade looked shredded by Morris the cat. Too appalled even to take a shower, we couldn't check out early enough in the AM. Will never stay there - nor recommend - this establishment to anyone. Read more

Looked up this hotel and saw a 2.5 rating, so I was a bit hesitant. The location of this hotel was not very convenient and the breakfast was lacking a bit, but what can you expect from a subpar continental. The room was very comfortable, the service was great. Overall, it was a nice surprise to find the hotel to be better than expected.

Very dark and gloomy hallway to room. Once in the room, there was dead bugs in the light fixture of the sink area. Bath and toilet room is separate from sink. Bed had old mattress that needs to be replace.

Expedia tried to call hotel several times but the Manager refused to talk to them or let them give us a refund. Final time called was 1/3/11. Original reservation was 12/4/10. They said they couldnt' allow refund because it was over 30 days. […] Conveniently they refused to talk to Expedia. I'm telling you, you WILL BE SORRY IF YOU GO THERE.
