Not happy at all. I went there for fourth of July weekend. The night before we were in Austin and stayed at a four star hotel and paid $3 more than the Days Inn. We were ready to go out that night and guess what the light went out. I was not satisfied with my experience.

Hotel needed several repairs, Common areas were small and kept at a warm temp. This hotel not right for the money.

Toilet was congested and flooded all over floor. Carpet was so dirty that it is sticky on my steps. Had to wear shoes all the time. Smokey smell was all over the hotel. Couldn't change room. Don't kill your vacation by staying in this Days Inn.

My stay was horrible.The bed was covered in tiny red bugs.I invited the desk person to see for herself.She said she would talk to manager.At the end they did nothing for me.Do not stay here for your own health.

...but still not awful. No working elevator, but at least the room doors are on the INSIDE. The service desk was helpful with my needs, but it was no Marriott ;-) For the price: it works. And the proximity to the airport was VERY convenient.

Need to make definite changes with the Shuttle service to the Airport...almost missed my plane because the shuttle never showed up, and that was a main reason I chose this hotel

The hostess at the front counter had her personal phone at her ear through the entire check in process. Then was upset that she had to ask me twice for my CC- I didn't even know she was talking to me! The only way I was able to get her off of her personal call and check me in was to dial the actual hotel phone while I was standing in front of her.

Almost averything in the hotel is ok for the money you pay, the only thing that I think need improvement is the breakfast. It only consist in some cookies, coffe and snacks, and if you are there after 9:00 am for sure you will only find water.

We booked a reservation at the Airport Days Inn, in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to arriving we called to ask if we could check in early. We were in town for a family reunion that was to start an hour prior to check in and needed to get cleaned up. We explained this and we were told we could not check in early and had to wait. I called back agian the closer we got to town and spoke to someone else explaining our situation. The gentleman on the phone finally conceded but did so begrudgingly and told me is was a huge inconvenience to them and it was not usually allowed. When we arrived to San Antonio we thought we would be able to find the hotel fairly easily. However, due to extensive highway construction, we became lost. We called the hotel and the young lady that answered was rude and said she gave us directions and did not understand why we were lost. We called back and a gentleman gave us more info but still couldn't get us to the hotel. After several stops asking for directions we finally were able to get to the hotel. When we arrived we immediately had misgivings about staying because the hotel is next to a large abandoned building and immediately off of the highway with a lot of traffic noise. I asked if we were wanting to cancel a portion of our reservation and stay with family how would we go about doing this. Again the young lady at the counter stated she had no idea how we would do this and needed to call hotel.com and coordinate with them to get our money back. Once we came back to the hotel after our event we attempted to go swimming. We were not able because the pool was dirty and the water was green. We spoke to someone at the desk and we were told it would get taken care of first thing in the morning. The pool was never cleaned and the water was always green our entire stay. The main reasons I picked this particular hotel was the location to my various family members and the fact that it had a pool, otherwise I could have chosen other hotels that were le

The room was great for the price, except the "spa" was cold instead of hot. The bed was comfortable, but the customer service was as cold as the spa.

Everything seemed reasonably clean. There was some noise from planes overhead, but only occasionally and it didn't keep us up. The complimentary breakfast had a limited choice of hot and cold items but was good. You need to go down for breakfast early because it didn't appear to be stocked well after 9am.

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing was the suppose to be continental breakfast. We were very dissapointed. No milk for cereal. No bread for toast. Juice machine not working. Promised fruit none to be found. But for the price it was a great room.

There's some noise from planes overhead, but only occasionally and it didn't keep me up. It looks very seedy but as a sole female traveler I did not feel unsafe. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed reasonably clean. The A/C was too loud and bothered me some but might be fine for others. Best of all, it was five minutes from the airport for my 6:30 AM flight. I was nervous about this hotel but it was the cheapest I could find that didn't look terrifying, and it was just fine.

I had a good nights sleep in the very comfortable bed....... and the hot breakfast in the morning was fantastic! I will definately stay again and recommend it!

We needed someplace to stay at the last minute that was close to a friend's house that was getting married. So although the airport area wouldn't have been our first choice, this hotel worked perfectly for our needs. It turned out to be VERY close to the Quarry Market and some of my favorite restaurants as well. It was definitely nicer than I was expecting. The bed was comfortable and the linens were pretty soft. Room was clean. Hotel was well kept. Free Wifi in the room worked. We'd probably stay here again based on the great price and what turned out to be a very convenient location.

housekeeping was hit and miss,every morning some one had to tell desk clerk that treir was insufficient food available to serve all guests, with the exception of desk man named COY all personel were very surly and only spoke when spoken to, never offered greeting. on the other hand Coy was exteemly helpfull, knowlegeable and courtious

When I first entered the room, I saw a bug crawling up the curtains. Then I went into the bathroom, the sink had large cracks around the drain and I did not feel comfortable standing in the middle of the tub when I was taking a shower because there was a large area where the bottom was peeling off.
