The room was clean and the bed was confortable. The staff were fast, friendly and efficient with checkin/checkout. Breakfast was ok. This was just right for a quick one night stay.

This was the third time we have stayed at this hotel. Location is great and our room has always been very clean and smelled clean. Beds are comfortable and it's not a bright room at night (We prefer a very dark room and you get this here). Layout of the room is nice with two closets....great for our family of four. I like the bath products (Paul Mitchell) […] and the hand lotion smells great and works great for the dry air. Staff, from front desk to cleaning crew, is very nice. I think all rooms have a balcony (size depends on room) and it's very nice to open the door and let in fresh air....a huge plus in a hotel room for an extended stay. We always request a room with a mountain view. This type of room will face the interstate which will result in more outside noise however we still sleep soundly and we have two light sleepers in our family. Our only complaint this trip is that they are renovating the restaurant (only open for breakfast until reno is complete) so we had to eat in a cramped room. The selection was not nearly as good as previous visits (probably because of lack of space) however it was still a better breakfast than other hotels at this price range. I'm sure the renos will be worth the inconvience this trip. They have board games to check out if you need a night in and the open courtyard in the center of the hotel is great to sit out and relax. Overall another great trip and we will book here again when we return to ABQ. Read more

I booked this stay for a short retreat to get some serious work done. I booked this hotel specifically because it had an onsite restaurant and bar, and nice commons area. We chose this hotel because it was the location of the conference my wife was attending. The conference was Saturday and we had another conference Monday. So we stayed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Check-In: When we booked we chose the 'King Room-Stay for Breakfast' They failed to notice the 'Stay for Breakfast' part. We had to remind them, and […] they gave us the vouchers. Our Room:Upon lying down, it felt like a plank of wood, and because the pillow was so soft, it offered no support, your head was lying on the plank with you. Very uncomfortable, was unable to sleep for more than 3 hours each day. We opted to stay at this location because it has an indoor pool/hot tub. Albuquerque in the winter is pretty cold, there was a cold front moving through the area this weekend. To access the 'indoor pool/hot tub' you had to exit the hotel, then re-enter through the key-card door to the pool area (outside). Walking into the pool area left a very pungent smell, The smell of old diapers. Needless to say, we didn't utilize the pool for the entire stay. Ok, so next morning. We get up, shower, go to breakfast. Present the vouchers for breakfast. It's contential with hot items, and you could ask the waitress for eggs to order including omlet. Not a bad amount of variety. on the Monday morning, they didn't even have hot items. A beautiful lobby and the hotel has a New Mexican feel to it. Unfortunately I had problems with wi-fi during my entire stay using both iPhone and iPad - sometimes it worked, sometimes not. Restaurant on the premises is convenient for breakfast, but is mediocre.

The restaraunt was closed for dinner due to slow occupancy for the Holiday's. One of the primary reasons we pciked this hotel was because ot had a bar and restaraunt, a little disappointed.

This was our second time at the Courtyard. It was a great stay each time. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We will surely use them again. The location is easy to find and close to the freeway but not so close that you get alot of traffic noise.

The pluses: -High quality, clean, comfortable rooms -Staff provided additional bottles of water while we had to wait to check in (in addition to flavored waters in lobby) -Staff very friendly, courteous, and helpful in both lobby and in restaurant The minuses: -The age of the carpet in the elevator shows -Staff adheres religiously to the 3:00 pm check-in […] time (a bit frustrating if you are tired from a flight, but you can't fault them for adhering to stated policy!) -Breakfast buffet was generous but hardly stellar; definitely a tad tired; oatmeal dry. :( Partly due to low number of patrons). In spite of the minuses, this hotel keeps the rooms meticulous, it has a beautiful interior court that is inviting and relaxing. Thoughtful effort is small ways is really appreciated. It began badly as the air conditioning unit was off. It was replaced fairly quickly. The swimming pool is enclosed and tepid with only 5 feet at the deep end. Breakfast is a bargain really especially if one has the $10.00 buffet. Bar closes promptly at 10PM. Staff was very courteous. We were placed in room 273, which is the last room on the hotel west side, in spite of the hotel not being busy. We think it was because of the Hotels.com booking. Also, we could not get wifi. We had the people come and you could sign in and then we would lose the signal. Conclusion: we were out of range of their wifi signal. This is an excellent Courtyard property. Our family of 4 had ample space in a 2 queen room. The front desk, restaurant, and bar staff were all very accomodating. We had a large group for breakfast in the restaurant and our waitress could not have been better. The front desk had extra towels delivered to our room in just a few minutes. The courtyard […] was beautiful, and a great spot to have coffee and read the paper (free NY Times, USA Today, and 50 cent local ABQ paper!) The lap pool and workout facility were well equipped and clean. The "cucumber water" and lemonaid in the lobby were a nice refreshing touch. It is well located just off Paseo del Norte and I-25, convenient to downtown, old town, Sandia Peak, and a head start toward Santa Fe. We were in town for a wedding with other out of town family and friends, we stayed 3 nights, and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. Read more

This will now be our hotel of choice when staying in ABQ. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, room was well laid out especially traveling with two kids, room smelled fresh and looked clean and the breakfast buffet was fabulous! Book your room online and for $10 you get buffet for 2 adults and 2 kids which would normally cost about $35 in the restaurant. […] Great b. buffet selection with a large selection of fruit. Tasted frest not powdered eggs with water as with other hotel buffets. We had a room facing the interstate and we felt it was quiet. Every once in awhile you could hear a large truck but as soon as I was asleep I did not wake up....actually the best night sleep I've had in awhile. I attend a meeting at the Pyramid 2x a year. I love the open spaces of the courtyard. I am telling all my friends from seminar to walk across the parking lot and enjoy the beauty. Need to offer more food times, make it simple but make it good.

My husband and I stay at this hotel alot...both for business or pleasure. The hot tub was great. I was very disappointed that the exercise room was completely out of order. A makeshift workout area should have been set up or day passes to a local gym.
