I guess this hotel used to be better. The bathroom is not appealing and kids can't operate the faucet because it's so old and hard. The equipment is old and there's no elevator to the 2nd floor. Breakfast was reasonable.

Hotel is located in a convenient location. It is located close to the main road that takes you to Las Vegas,NV and almost 20 miles to Zion National Park (that was one of our main destinations). It is also accesible to the Kolobs and the Grand Canyon. The room was clean and with the basic needs for guest that are enjoying the outdoors.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is close to Zion National Park. The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. There was a good assortment of channels on the television compared to most hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would love to stay there again. It has a guest laundry which is very, very useful. A great sports grill is nearby which has delicious food.

There is no elevator to get to second floor. The smoke alarm goes off in the breakfast room everytime someone cooks a waffle and the staff just shrugs. The room did not feel clean, the maintainence is very poor, the bathtub, showerhead and shower curtain were gross. The bathroom faucet had a steady stream and would not shut off. In the mornings there was no front desk help to be found until about 10:00 a.m. The poor housekeeper couldnt find them. If we had had the money to do so we would have stayed somewhere else even though this room was prepaid.

location is nice, not too far from Zion park. Many stores and restaurants in the surrounding area of the motel. Beds are a little hard, but other than that the rooms were clean and their cable actually receives a full 70+ channels... unlike most places that give you like 15 channels.

We stayed in Hurricane while traveling to Zion because the hotels in Springfield were much more expensive. This hotel was very clean and up to date. The drive to Zion was about 40 minutes. Conveniently, there is a Walmart just a couple of minutes down the road in case there are any travel supplies that you forgot. The only annoying thing about this hotel stay was that the cleaning staff threw out the complimentary shampoo I used and did not provide a replacement. Also, they did not replace the coffee for the coffeemaker in the room. Besides that, we had a very nice stay.
