Friendly front desk and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good for hotel. Was in good location for where I was going. I will stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff was very friendly even at 10:30 at night when we finally made in. They made us feel welcome right away. I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms...clean spacious bathroom, flat screen TV, fluffy pillows, free WiFi, microwave and mini-fridge. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was phenomenal! I honestly did not like the fact that we had to share a pool with another hotel and that it is far away in proximity especially when you have kids who enjoy swimming. It was difficult for us to go swimming at night because we are not familiar with our surroundings and we weren't sure how safe the area was. It was also difficult to enjoy the cocktails […] when we were so far away it would have been an inconvience to go back for two drinks that were offered. Overall, it was a nice stay. We were there for 2 nights. Good breakfast. Enjoyed the lobby popcorn!!! Also, the free computer service in the lobby was especially appreciated since we did not bring our laptop but needed internet service.

I planned a short trio to San Antonio. This Hotel had the perfect location for me. It was very close to restraunts, and the golf courses I was visiting. They had a great breakfast. The staff was very nice.

Nothing fancy here. Standard right-off-the-interstate type hotel/motel. The staff was very friendly and here's the kicker...when you check in, they give you a drink card for 3 free drinks which are served with free hot dogs and other junk food from 5:30 to 7:00. Nice touch, Drury!!!..

My sister and I were in San Antonia to see a brother who is ill. This hotel was a very clean, comfortable and peaceful place to rest. The full breakfast was a great way to start our day and all of the staff was friendly and courteous. Both my sister and I commented how this hotel will be our hotel of choice when we return to visit again.

First of all I chose this hotel due to it having a "fitness room". Well their "fitness room" consisted of a treadmill and bike which was a joke and more insulting to someone who expects a functional exercise room. Another small thing I noticed was they only provided a bar of soap, no shampoo, lotion, mouthwash, etc. Not that this was a big deal due […] to me carrying my own but I found that odd due to their rates. A huge problem was the 3-4 trains that came by throughout the night which kept me from getting a good nights rest. Here's all the perks: friendly customer service, great rate, easy access to I-35, close to restaurants. Breakfast was ok, enjoyed the manager's reception, one night we had hot dogs, baked potatoes and salad. So basically you get 2 meals a day free and they give you 3 alcoholic drinks per person if you want it during manager's reception. Kids loved free […] soda and popcorn from 3-10pm. Bad news: right by train tracks, one night 3 trains came through the middle of night. My kids didn't wake up, but my husband and I did. If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. The other con was the beds, I'm a bed snob and I can't stand to feel springs or the whole bed shake with one little movement. It would be nice if they upgraded their mattresses. They are also double beds so if you have to share a bed, you better like being CLOSE to that person. Overall, it was a good stay. Drury Inns do a good job with customer service and added perks, unfortunately, the trains were the big turn off for us. Read more

The soda fountain machine was not working Sunday morning and the inconvenience of sharing the pool with the Pear Tree was the only downfall other than these 2 fixable deals everything was great

We stayed here on our way to Padre Island and again on our way home. I do not know when they remodeled, but it is like brand new. Everything is clean and in great condition.
