Conveniently located with easy check in, check out. Reasonable rate but the room was dirty. Mold ring in the toliet, dirt in the bathtub, chipped plaster on the carpeting, stains on the bedspread and coffee maker was caked with white stuff on the inside. I will not go back to this location.

The service and location of this motel can not be beat, less than a half mile from I-10 with a WalMart and several restaurants close by. Overall the room was clean but the bathroom while maintained was in need of a retrofit. With free wifi and nice but firm beds, this is a nice inexpensive place to stay.

All in all it was fine. Walking distance to several places to eat. They had us in an upstairs room when we arrived but when we asked if a ground was available, she cheerfully switched us. The only issue was there was some kind of cleaning going on with the elevator which involved gasoline and the fumes were bad.

Although the bed was (or appeared) clean, the bathroom was not. The tub/shower looked as though it had never been cleaned. Definitely not a recommended hotel.

Great room! Very clean and upkept. They staff seemed to have everyone split up nicely, so no noise coming from neighbors. Breakfast wasn't bad at all. I would return to this location!

The hotel has some very positive things about it. Convenient location, prominent hotel chain, confident staff. The hotel was good, but could be GREAT with a little work. My room needed a little more attention than housekeeping gave it. There was still trash in the waste cans from the previous guest, which was a real insult. The mirrors were dirty and […] every surface in need of cleaning, although nothing horrible. I went to WalMart and bought and used PineSol and Windex, which I left for housekeeping, hoping they got the hint. The bathroom had a bad smell, as did the room, but I think it could have been bad or over-used air freshner. The bed was clean and so was the carpet, but a little elbow grease could turn this space into a gem. The lady at check in told me every room was clean and great, and I believe she believes this, as there were some nice things about the property. Late at night someone began quietly cleaning the pool, which I found to be considerate, as there had been lots of wind and rain that afternoon. Overall I would recommend this hotel, but hope they will get their cleaning up to par. And get RID of those horrible white bedspreads, which are dated and create a very bad visual effect in the room on first sight. Read more

Smelled of cigarette smoke in non-smoking room. Dirty hand prints on painted walls....walls had obviously not been scrubbed....ever. Coffee was still in coffee pot. Microwave had not been moved / cleaned in years. Card reader on doors were in poor repair. Remote for TV did not match the TV..did not work. The employee at front desk seemed not to understand what is an expedia reservation and made me think she didn't find it until she gave me the papers to sign. didn't tell me where was the elevator until I asked, in sumary is like a waste of salary but the only issue I had at the hotel which is fair for the price.

The hotel was very easy to find and was conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations, and retail shopping businesses. Check in was quick and easy; my room was very clean and comfortable. If I am ever in the area again, I would definately consider the Days Inn Marianna as my "home away from home!"

The rooms were dirty and when asked to rectify the service did not improve conditions. After staff clean the room twice during my stay the dust that had accumulate on the hair dryer probly had not been touch in months. Worst conditions for a stay for my family that I can recall. No hot Breastfast in the mornings and no discounts accepted at all.

The first room had the door propped open, TV was on, no towels and coffee in the coffee pot, we went back to the front desk. They quickly gave us another room that was much better, just questioned the overall cleanliness because of how black our feet got from the floor.

My husband, son and I spent 2 nights here as a quick weekend get-a-way. We wanted to visit the Battleship Alabama, and spend a day in Tallahassee. We picked Marianna because it was outside of the bigger cities. We were very happy with the hotel. Our room was ready for us when we arrived. Breakfast in the morning was nice - your average - fruit, muffins, bagels, breads, danish, cereal, milk, juice, coffee - and my son's favorite - make your own waffles! It is nice to have a breakfast at the hotel before leaving for the day. It really gives us more time for our sightseeing activities. Cleaning service came during the day while we were gone and cleaned the room, made the beds and re-stocked the towels for us. If in this area, I would definately stay here again. Read more

Originally booked this hotel for a quick stop over on our way to Orlando....we arrived early to meet clean comfortable rooms and a beautiful pool! It also helped that there was a restaurant next door. I would stay here anytime I am close.....great deal!!

The room certainly wasn't worth what I paid (although the clerk told me their rate was less). The shower was all marked up (scuff marks?), so I decided to skip using it! The trash in the vanity area had not been emptied from the previous guest. The mirror had hand prints/smudges all over it. Would not recommend staying there.
